Incredible staff that always goes beyond the call of duty.
A special thanks to chief butler, Faust Hong, who always makes me feel right at home. Dillon, who works in the restaurant is always eager to meet one's every need.
Awesome staff and a truly incredible property.
I always make the St. Regis my preferred hotel when in Shenzhen!!!
