Had to get the motel counter lady from the motel bar after waiting 10 min. to check in. She was talking, not drinking. First room was in a scary location. About the size of a long wheelbase pickup, and no heat. She moved us to a room where the outside security door didn’t lock, 2 homeless people in the hallway. The room had no chain lock of any kind, I put the chair under the door handle .bathroom not clean no washcloth

The room was gross filthy, old fries and a cigarette butt under the bed, dust, filthy windows. Room was cold and no air conditioner controls-as it was on a system that included a huge building and the restaurant. Was NOT at all a 3 star lodging

The room was depressing and dark. One of the lamps had a bulb burned out. I could hear the people above us walking across the floor and screaming and yelling at each other early in the morning. The towels were rough and thin. The curtain over the window was so long that it covered the heating/cooling system so we had to find a way to pin it up so we could get some heat.

Pros: it was the only place available when I needed it. Cons: trains, train tracks, train noise, train horns ....did I mention TRAINS! Dirty room, most things didn't work, scary electrical, NO temperature control, the water ran all night, dark rooms and very musty smells.

We stay at this hotel quite often, it is an old hotel that has been updated, the rooms are clean, nice tvs and the Bar/Resturant is very nice.

The outside may not look it but this gem of a hotel was very spacious. The staff were all very pleasant. There were waffles for breakfast. There's a small restaurant on site and an indoor pool. Close to a lot of great small shops. This is a total most stay place.

The only problem was the noise from the plumbing and when people upstairs was walking around we could hear them. The maid was VERY HONEST my boyfriend forgot his tablet and she called him to let him know. I would stay there again!!! Thank you !!!

the motel was clean. the beds comfortable. good value

The room was nice, and clean, but one of the main points for us to stay here was on the website it stated large indoor heated pool, once we located the pool building, we couldn't get into it, and noticed through the windows there was no water in the pool, and had not been in operation for quite some time, we asked the desk person if it was a permanent fix and she was very wishy washy with her reply, and we said then take it off the internet, and she said oh we have asked them to do so

I feel safe to stay in this hotel because it has locked door for corridor, stairway while we were inside hotel's complex. The room is clean, basic decor. This is location I will come back for safety feeling.

Let's see? Where do I begin? The front door was jammed. The room smelled musty. The sink had a leak. The microwave had a short. The TV was from 1995. The sliding glass door was broken, and the shower was cold. Not the best place we've stayed for sure.

A good breakfast and room. Had to be moved because the wifi wasn't working where our first room was. Nice staff.

Restful after a long day on the road, great breakfast!

This looked so much better in the pictures. It worked out okay but I won't stay there again.

I was in Sheridan for the weekend, and I was satisfied with this motel. It had a decent lounge and restaurant. There was a continental breakfast. It was a nicer than I was expecting.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The pool had warm water and the kids had a great time. Breakfast was your standard buffet. The room was comfortable and relatively clean. We would recommend to others.

The restaurant that was attached to the hotel had an amazing steak! Best steak I ever had! Great value motel! Love the vintage Las Vegas style neon sign! Also loved the organic soap and shampoo.

We had a decent stay - we came in late but it's the kind of place where the bar stays open for a few minutes if someone is there, so we had a nitecap. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and well set up, but there was something odd going on with the water - we couldn't get cold water at all. Had to slip showers because despite running the water for 5-10 minutes, we couldn't get any cold. Let's assume that they've fixed this - I reported it at the desk. With that caveat, I'll recommend it. We were in 104 and there are at least three buildings in the motel, so you might think about staying in a room that's not numbered in the 100's.

We were traveling through and spent the night here. We picked this hotel in advance on line because the price was reasonable and the hotel was located not too far from the freeway and had a mid rating. We were not surprised nor disappointed. .

Good place to say for, wouldn't have paid anymore for the room, we got what we paid for, only down fall was they didn't come make up the room for the second night, comfortable bed, thought the breakfast should have gone a little later, nice having a pet friendly place that wasn't disgusting.
