We did not have a pet with us. I asked for a first floor room as there was no elevator. I was told first floor was for the people with pets. My husband ended up pulling a muscle while taking my bag up the very steep staircase.

The things we like best about Days Inn are 1. The free breakfast. Good and plentiful. Important for us as we travel a lot. 2. Your towels are longer than many other hotel’s towels and the fact you stock 3 for us so my wife can use one for her hair and one to dry off with and one for me. 3. Good value for lodging.

Upon reaching the property (pet-friendly on Expedia), I was turned back because I had a cat. Inconvenient but OK, I booked another hotel (both through Expedia) and stayed there instead. Later, I came to know that after turning me away, they still charged me for the night!! What a fraud! And, Expedia refuses to make good either! Very disappointed! Bye, Days Inn and Bye Expedia!!

The upgrades are nice, but there needs a towel rack in the sink area. Either a heavier blanket or an extra blanket in the room would have been appreciated. The eggs were watery, sausage under cooked. Bagels were nice and fresh.

Good breakfast. Standard room

Room & general property was slightly dated, but not too bad. They had signs up announcing remodeling, but we saw minimal disruption form it. Good breakfast with a few hot items. Small quantities, but was busy when we ate out breakfast.
