Just right for our brief visit with family. Great room and a pool to play in after a wonderful breakfast. Family time made simple with all the hard work done for us.

Clean rooms , friendly staff, great breakfast and a hot tub and pool for the kids !

The facility to me is tired and worn. First, there are 3 separate buildings so to use the pool, one had to cross Main St, to go to the restaurant on had to cross a small street. My room was tiny, not what I would call a 4 star hotel/motel. The bed was comfortable and the linens were very nice. The carpet needs to be replaced. The arm chair in the room wasn't one I would sit in.

This was a nice enough hotel. The disadvantage is that the pool was in a separate part of the hotel across the road and parking lots from where our room was located. With small children we didn't feel safe walking through the ally and parking lots to get to the hotel section that had the skywalk to get to the pool. It worked great as a pass through the area hotel if that is all you need for accommodations. The staff was wonderful.

This hotel was pretty much average and location was a bit difficult but was adequate. They had us in an offsite location from the main office and it was quite noisy.....Large diesel pickups in the parking area for workers in the area...

This hotel is spread out...my room happened to be across the main street so lugging your bags up the stairs is not fun...then across their very hot sky bridge to the other side and back down more stairs to the second floor...I was out of breath by the time I go to my room. My room was in the back so it was very quiet, which was good. Overall, it was okay as I was walking distance to the bars and restaurants in town.

Nice remodeled rooms, an actual hot breakfast (not just some crummy continental), free wifi, good location. Stayed here an extra day stuck in a snowstorm and I'd definitely get stuck here again. Very nice.

Convenient for the HS Cross Country meet. It was noisy but it was a HS football team to blame. Great amenities.

My room was too close to the pool at a time when there were a lot of young children at the hotel. The noise was so loud that I couldn't hear my TV, and the dining room din during the complimentary breakfast was so loud that the waitress and I had to shout in order to hear each other while ordering. The opportunity to access either the parking lot or the hotel interior was good, but having to cross the street via the sky bridge to use the bar or restaurant was less enjoyable.

We enjoyed staying within walking distance of downtown. Other Sheridan Hotels of this category (Holiday Inn, Wyngate, etc) are located near the interstate and require driving in (or taking the neat Trolley). The room we booked had two queen beds and Bunk Beds, so more than comfortable for our family of 4 (two adults, two toddlers). The breakfast was a bit crowded and hectic, but it was nice to have a hot meal close at hand. The value was good. We got the room and rental car for less than $200 a night.

Wifi didn't work very good, our room didn't have a refrigerator or micro wave. We had been delayed and did get in very late. Everything else was fine, the continental breakfast was OK. The room did provide the most required thing and that was a bed. All in all it was not a bad place to stay.

bad experience with the staff in the hotels restaurant. very slow, unfriendly,... cleaness of the hallways not good. quite dirty. overall: overprized

Housekeeping knocked loudly on our door around 8:30 a.m. Although I didn't have out a "Do No Disturb" sign, we hadn't hadn't anticipated being awakened so early by room cleaning staff. After our late arrival the night before, it got our day off to a very bad start. Is this your normal practice? If so, it is not a good one. Jo Earhart

It was a nice place for a one-night stopover on a long trip. The dining room was a bit sub-par, and the breakfast buffet needed better maintenance - the serving table looked like a bomb had gone off by the time we got there at 8:30 or so. But for the price it was fine.
