I used the fitness room and the volume on the tv did not work. The room was extremely warm and the water was warm. There was only one person working and he did not know how to run anything in the fitness room. I found bugs in the bathroom.

The hotel is definitely older and smells as such. Our room keys had to be reset a few times and our room door would get stuck trying to get in it. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was a typical continental breakfast.

We were very disappointed, the property looks great from the outside. Check-in was fine, the beds were horrible, extremely soft and it moved if I moved. Linens were very mediocre. There was hair in the bath tub and they forgot to put the shower curtain on, no curtain at all.
