We stayed here one night a few days before Christmas. Love that they allow pets, and the fee was very reasonable at $20 for one dog. Loved the room! It was very clean, comfortable, and we loved having the kitchenette. The room was also very quiet. All the staff were very polite and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to Sheridan!
I am a fan. Big Dog friendly, $20 for pet 1, $10 for pet 2 which is reasonable. The lobby and common areas were clean, the gentleman at the front desk very welcoming. The room was spacious and while we only stayed one night it was great to have the little kitchenette, particularly with the fur babies. We got the sweet government discount since the hubs is a federal LEO, and it does include military. Convenient location and quiet despite the 90 being so close.
Nice quiet place.Stay on Walmart side . Room 301 was good. Quiet.Ask for a free ice starter pack and delicious free Maxwell house coffee. Many thanks to nice lady from Tennessee and the entire staff !
Located about 1 mile off the interstate. Lobby staff were very accommodating. Hotel is clean. We would stay there again. It's located about 1 and 1/2 miles from downtown. Gym is a little small but practical.
We had a very nice experience at this hotel. We generally stay at Holiday inn Express however the only good ihg property in Sheridan was this hotel. We are Platinum Elite and and were greeted by a great front desk person, sorry I didn't get her name. The room was very nice, the TV went out around 11 the front desk guy- David- came up around 11:30pm to try and fix it, he did his best couldn't get it going. He called back and had 20 bucks taken off our bill, unsolicited. That says a lot about a place. We would stay here again
The hotel was clean. Night staff was very friendly! They had double beds instead of queen which is kinda small for two adults. A little bummed they didn't offer breakfast. Something I missed in making the reservation. They did offer complimentary coffee, unfortunately they were out at 8:00 am and the gal at the desk was in no hurry to make more. She informed us they were out and continued her computer work. The cost was a little high for what we normally pay at a IHG property.
Really disappointed by the hotel. The A/C basically did not work when we were there. They are apparently in the midst of converting the hotel to a different A/C system, but the older rooms run on a sensor, so it works where they sense you are there, but then turn off if no one is in the room. The lady at the front desk said sometimes it will turn of at night since it doesn't sense anyone, so gave us a fan to try and spoof it so it would stay on. Turns out we needed the fan, because the unit was malfunctioning. It would run for about ten minutes and then 'lose synch' with the wall unit. This means that you had to unplug it and hit the reset button. It was pushing 100 degrees, when we were in town, and it's not feasible to reset the AC unit all night, so basically it was a very uncomfortable night's sleep. I mentioned this to the receptionist when I left and she said the manager would email me the next day. Never got an email. I received a review survey from the hotel company, and also asked for a manager to contact me, again no email. I will also say, that I had read some previous reviews, and one says there is a hotel pool, which is part of the reason I booked here. Let me clarify.. There is NO POOL, which was not a selling point with my kids either. Not a fan. Would not recommend or stay again.
We stayed at this hotel on our recent vacation; closest lodging we could find to the Battlefield. And, what a spectacular choice. The staff was friendly and helpful; the room was clean and well appointed. For a great night's stay, you cannot ask for more. Bravo!
Solid little hotel and you can't beat the price for a suite. The folks at the desk were all very nice and always helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to any thing you need (Walgreens, Walmart, downtown Sheridan, etc). We will be back!
Staff at check in and check out were great! Thank you for the coupon to Perkins. Our room was nice and clean. We would turn our A.C. down to 65 but it never got there, by morning it was finally 67. We wanted to sleep with the window open but screws were in the way and the window would only open a little.
