This was a convenient hotel, the room was clean. My only comment is, all other Holiday Inn chain hotels are offering a grab and go breakfast. Grabbing an orange juice and muffin and hitting the road is very convenient.

Very nice experience. Clean hotel with beautiful water feature in lobby. Great service in restaurant. Friendly staff everywhere and nice amenities. Highly recommend.

Large and imposing. Nothing special. Problem with getting airport shuttle, although promised on app. Was resolved.

The value was pretty good. It received okay reviews and for the price, we decided on the Holiday Inn. There are quite a few things that need to fixed up around the hotel, appears that it was nice at one time but are kind of run down. The majority of the property seemed pretty clean. Our room was not very clean. There was evidence of the shower not being cleaned since the last guest (hair and fuzzies in shower, dirty shower curtain, stained/dirty towel) and some of the corners didn't look very clean (lint, dust, debris). The linens on the bed looked clean. Bed was not very comfy for me, but my husband loved it. Room was small. Again, I knew for the money we were not getting 5-star hotel quality and was okay with a mediocre bed, small room, dated looks...was disappointed, for sure, on the cleanliness. House keeper also came walking in to our room at 09:00 the morning of check-out when we were still sleeping. Very upset about that. Granted, we did not put a "do not disturb" sign up, but it was before checkout time and we had not told the desk we had checked out (obviously).

Very clean and the pool was nice. Breakfast left a bit to be desired.

View immediately outside my room: 4 dumpsters below window, storage shack & pallets. Semi trucks driving buy yards away throughout the night, garbage trucks emptying dumpsters at 6:45, beeping and clanging. This after requesting a quiet area.

Excellent service. Jump started my car and they were not annoyed at all.

We stayed 5 nights at the Inn and were especially happy with the cleanliness. We used the fitness room, and pool. The room was not huge but very comfortable and we were offered a fridge & microwave. A large leather arm chair & footstool & reading lamp, hairdryer, ironing board, all wonderful amenities, too. Lighting in the bathroom was bright & a full length mirror helped me dress every day. The coffee flowed for guests in the lobby & was really good. We also used the guest coin op washing machine/dryer. I highly recommend.

The hotel itself was comfortable and pleasing we found no fault in our overnight stay; but the breakfast was ridiculous ...we waited over 45 minutes for our food ( needing to leave in a rush mind you) once we got it the waffles tasted like onions the portions were small and the eggs were not cooked all the way. We definitely would not eat there again but the hotel accommodations are worth coming back to.

We weren't able to spend much time at the hotel for more than sleeping, but it was perfectly adequate for that. There was a big tour group staying there, and the loading and unloading of baggage by the tour folks at 6am Sunday morning (much banging of bags into walls and doors) was not pleasant, but that was not the hotel's fault.

Approx 10am on The morning I was checking out I had just got out of the shower and all of a sudden a man with a key card walked into my room. The front desk had given him a key card to my room. My niece immediately called the front desk. When I checked out the woman apologized and said she would get my room charge reversed and credit my charge card. Of course that never happened. It was a horrible experience and very scary. The pool was not working either. Beware. I won't be back to any Holiday Innn Hotel's. Bad experience and unsafe.

room and hotel in general were clean, quiet, and the location was great. Complimentary breakfast OK except for the hair in my eggs. Room coffeemaker made warm brown water. Best thing was location and the grassy area for our dog.

The staff friendly and the room was clean. The only downside was after we checked in after a long drive we went to the restaurant only to find out it would be over an hour wait. Thankfully there was other restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

Great break on a long car trip. Nice pool and family friendly ambiance.

From the moment we got there until we left the staff were awesome and very nice!!! we ordered room service and they did an excellent job of making sure our order was exactly what we wanted!! The lady that brought up breakfast even went to the trouble of getting us ice since the ice machine on our floor was not working!!! I was hoping that the pool area would be accessable but they were working on it. that is ok because it shows me that the hotel is constantly upgrading an keeping that location in tip top shape!!! excellent job to all the staff. From the front desk to the room cleaners all was awesome!! I would highly recommend to all of my friends and family to use this hotel!!!!!

if you wanted to spend all of your time in the lobby it was great, the room was just another room

Most of the staff were super!! However, we had serious problems attempting to watch an expensive movie. Wasted 2 hours trying and working with staff including the manager. Never did watch it. Three persons, even the manager claimed that we would not get charged. Guess what, we were charged 3 times for a movie we never watched. Also, the internet was down for over a day. Will never, ever stay here again!! Much better motels elsewhere in Sheridan. Things like this make a nice hotel stay very frustrating. Also, wife was charged a ridiculous amount for what should have been a Free snack type, tiny, breakfast. Yuk.

I stay here for three nights on a New years eve. It has everything that you need in a small town like Sheridan, WY.

This was the worst Holiday Inn we ever stayed in. We stayed one night and when we entered our room, we could smell the stench of cigarette smoke in the room. The bed was uncomfortable and made for a restless sleep. We invited our mother and sister for dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was a horrible evening. The receptionist was also our waitress and neglected to get our drink order or water for about 15 minutes. My wife finally decided to pour us all water and we waited for the waitress to return. Each time she was unsure of a selection, she left to speak with someone returning several times to try and get our order. The entrées arrived before our salads did. The drink order was not taken until after our meal arrived. I did not receive my French Fries with my burger until after the check arrived. We never received refills on our drinks and my wife had to go to the bar to get a cocktail. We spent three hours dining and it was just a horrible experience. We will never stay at that holiday inn ever again.
