Two things about this stay dropped my rating from a perfect score. I have limited mobility and indicated that, all the way down to reserving an accessible room, for which preparations were correct. The problem was that the directions given to me to park closest to my room had me parking 2 entrances away from the closest entrance to my room. I hope that understanding the hotel layout is something better understood by all check-in staff. The other is in regards to all the sting-crazy insects congregating near the hotel entrances, most likely to get near contents in the garbage cans nearby or for whatever other reason. I'm not one of them, but unfortunately, many people are allergic to insect stings up to risking serious hospitalization. I think maintenance or cleanup outside may need to take priority in order for guests not to need to dodge these insects when packing out to leave. Otherwise, everything about staying here was delightful!

Employees are the best. Rooms need update.

Air condition in room not working properly. They had a fan on nightstand instead of fixing the problem. Bathroom door was hard to close and open. Check in was great. Breakfast was awesome. Oasis Restaurant food and service was great.
