The room is very clean and Comfortable .Excellent hotel. 25/F Lounge breakfast is Very good .Staff are friendly and attentive,especially Amy in the Lounge .Highly recommend .The Lounge standard is very Prefect.

In the old years, this hotel is reasonable for its quality and price, however, We are very disappointed for this stay. In the past this hotel always give suit to platinum member but this time the front desk said platinum member can only upgrade one level(liar). If this is the new policy, I strongly recommend Platinum member of accor not to choose this hotel in the future. 以往此酒店对白金会员都是给予套房及全套待遇,然而本次入住前台说白金会员只能升一级,明显是欺骗,并且房间内无欢迎礼品,也没有待遇清单,作为雅高集团最高级别会员感到十分失望,以后不会再选择该酒店

Dear folks, If you have choice , it is better not to stay this hotel. The attitude of female receptionist on 12.10am on 17.12.2018 is so bad, it make me so angry and I throw the member welcome sheets back to her. I am this hotel group member but treated as not welcome. Some more, the bed mattress is so hard and look old. I am regret and upset to choose this accommodation. Bad experience ever.....

Nice hotel with indoor heated pool and spacious rooms..though language and food is a concern as at times the staff does not understand English properly and not many options for indian food. The location is good so local travelling was not a problem

Bad service, no proper english in reception, wrong directions and timetable to get the boat to Hong Kong airport, really bad food. Worst experience ever in accor hote and I'm a platinum member being travelled all over the world

I had a great stay at the Grand Mercure Oriental Ginza Hotel in Futian, Shenzhen last week. The room was clean, the service impeccable and as always (I am a frequent visitor) I especially enjoyed the executive lounge on the top floor. It is run by a great staff with their fabulous manager Maria who really takes great care of the guests.

The hotel room so dirty and smelly, the shower space is too small. and the reception staff is not helpful. i am so regret to book this hotel. it's not even 3 star hotel. very disappointing hotel and will never stay again.

This hotel is a large professional hotel with great rooms and staff. It is a solid hotel, it is like a well greased engine that are running smoothly. The rooms are great in any category. There is several good restaurants and it has swimming pool and gym as well. The only thing I noticed this time is that I think the breakfast in the lounge is not at the same level as before, this may have something to do that they are rebuilding parts of the restaurants, I don't know. This hotel is safe to stay at, it will not let you down.

At the time of booking i had requested for an upgrade of my suite room as i am regular guest . During Check in I reminded the front office desk guy and requested a corner room suite if the upgrade was not possible. He gave me a pretty bad room and at the intervention of Maria from Executive Lounge my room was changed one hour after check in. I use Executive lounge and the meeting room quite frequently and I have appreciation for the staff at Executive lounge. Maria is an asset for Grand Mercure

The hotel is a little old that some times can be seen on some parts of the room furnishing but in general I would consider it as good hotel. The room was clean. If I needed anything it was not problem to communicate with the stuff in English. Check in and check out was relatively quick but it is true that on some days there were people queuing for check out. The breakfast was OK as for variety, but as they had Cafe in reconstruction it was on another place and it was crowded. As for the location it is about 20-30 minut taxi drive from the airport, the hotel is next to exit from highway. Also it is next to metro station, that I used everyday for trip to Convention & Exhibition Centre.
