The Palace hotel is right next to Luo Hu port. This was convenient, easy to get around on metro and good restaurants and shopping nearby. This however was not the location we were expecting based on the Orbitz description and map. It was a 40 min metro ride to city center. The staff were helpful, but do not speak much English, but adept at using translator apps.
