1- The public can take an elevator from the street directly up to these Serviced apartments without going through the Hotel Lobby. this was a security issue as some stranger kept on knocking on my door and ringing the bell. 2- The Apartment Stinks. Smell of sewer. in order to get fresh air you need to open the windows and this brings in Flies and Fleas. 3- Location is quite good. Metro station is very near

Great location. Subway nearby. Free parking is great. Staffs are helpful and nice. Bed sheets are okay. Saw 2 small cockroaches. Value for money. Don’t expect too much with that price and location. Good for short stay.

Saving grace is its location. It is most misleading to refer itself as an “international” hotel when it is merely an apartment facility occupying four floors of a 26-storey condominium building.

they can do better

this hotel occupies a great location. close to everything. what it lacks is a good management. the bedroom furniture are old, but all in good condition. the room is comfortable. the main problem is the bathroom, the shower is old and cracking and they don't even bother to clean the bathroom properly ! with that price, I am sure there are other options around the corner. definitely will not go back there again - unless they make significant improvement.

This hotel room was very old and dirty. I stay there three nights and lived with some baby cockroach. And at night, outside very noice and could not fall sleep.

This hotel should not worth for more than $10.on hotel.com I have paid $140 US Approximately for two nights. I want my money back.Below any level. One leg of couch was broken. Seat cushions dirty & spotted cloth on it unhygienic. Gallery was full of garbage. I was lucky I have booked this hotel for only two days online. Similar hotel was available for only Less may be $15. I have shifted to a hotel Beside which was 100 Times better hotel for 260 RMB approximately around $38 US including all taxes. I want my money back.Refund my money in my credit card. I suffered a lot for two nights. Hotel picture shows that this a big hotel. Only couple of floors is hotel.other activities are there on remaining floors. Some people are living for monthly who are paying less than 100 RMB per night. Return my money back

this hotel is not operated whole building, this is share with other business in the same building.. location is ok if you are go electronic market. very short distance to subway. the picture you see is not the same when you check on the web.

Chinese Rip-off

Classic example of pictures can be deceiving. For USD49 a night, this place is a rip-off. The hotels is dingy, rooms are not well kept and the place smells. For a USD25 it would be good but not for USD50. I highly recommend Shenzhen Felicity Hotel instead for the same price.

Business trip to Shenzhen

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days during my business trip. It is definitely not 4 star by Western standards, but it is very reasonable for its price. Location: hotel is located 150m from subway just off the major street with shops and restaurants, close to electronic markets. Room: rooms are clean with some decor. Not large, but quite comfortable. They have fridge, stove, kettle. wifi. Building: it is a multipurpose building, hotel uses just a few floors. Elevators are old but still functional. Reception: Staff try their best to accomodate your needs.

The stay was uneventfull...location was very good..Room was adequately furnished..however wi-fi was not functional and the passage leading to the room was unclean and functional rather than that of a hotel...apparently the Hotel is resident on some of the floors of this tall building which otherwise gives you a sense of being a non-descript office building.
