This is a place that you can think that you are close to your home ... the hotel is close to most of important places in Shenzhen and easy way to reach the China border to Hong Kong. I really recomend to you this place
Super service on all fronts - especially the Executive Lounge and it's manager, Adam Warner. Very welcoming and accommodating when my travel plans changed due to cancelled flight. Would happily recommend and stay again.
I enjoyed my last stay. It was made into something very special by the handwritten welcome note and funny drawing prepared by or under the direction of Adam Warner. Adam makes all guests feel very welcome and is always ready to chat and give a helping hand.
Stayed at Hilton for 10 nights in April for business. Hotel location is very good, close to many attraction. Hotel and room are clean. The only complaint I had is the wifi speed in the room. The speed vary alot and during the peak hours I am not able to do my work receiving email or conference call at night time. Good thing is that I am able to work in the executive lounge since the speed there is stable and fast. The staff in the lounge are super friendly. I do recommend this hotel for leisure travel but if you need stable internet connection in the room, that might be a problem.
I recently stayed at this Hilton property for the second time and was again impressed by the services experienced during my stay. The hotel staff are attentive and ensure that your experience at their hotel is flawless and memorable. A special mention to Adam in the Executive Lounge, he’s level of service during my stay was over and above what is normally provided and is a true asset to this hotel. This hotel is a must if travelling to Shenzhen.
Business or vacation in Shenzhen and Hilton Futian was one of my go to since 2016. 7 stays now, I want to say service keep improving. Always being treated the way it should at a very reasonable price. Staffs always trying to please (go out of their way at times) and food is always above average. Location is close enough to Exhibition Place (walking 15-20mins) but not as busy/crowded as hotel/s right at Exhibition place. This year I was lucky enough to be upgraded by Cece Cheng from Magic Center and it was a great experience. Having 9 days there March 2019, I get to spend time at the executive lounge (during non working hours) and get to know a few of their staffs. Sincere Smiling faces and helpful attitude was all I saw ....and knowing when not to bother you when they see you working on the laptop.....priceless. The Manager Adam Warner at the executive lounge was another one there that went out of the way helping me extra Necessities when wife was sick. Adam built a very strong team to make you comfortable and make you “feel like home”. Oh My, I was so spoilt.....it wasn’t even funny. This Hilton? Highly recommended !
The room was very comfortable, with everything that you could possibly need. The room has block out blinds and sound proof glass. I had the best sleep. A special thank you to Adam and his team at the executive lounge for going out of their way to insure we had a memorable stay.
The Hilton Shenzhen is a wonderful hotel from the first step inside the threshold. The hotel is attractive and the staff very helpful (although some are not equipped to speak much more than rudimentary English). The buffet in the 2nd floor restaurant is bountiful and most often had so many good choices. One standout among the staff was Adam Warner - a star! He was so incredibly helpful and gracious. If you need anything at the hotel, see Adam!!
This is my third time I've stayed at this hotel, it's just getting better and better, especially with Adam Warner managing the Executive Lounge. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel at home. Staffs were friendly, efficient, and professional. Adam and his team simply made my day. He is very friendly and genuine. He's eager to help and provide recommendation on anything that you may ask. And most of all, he makes you feel at home. I've been Diamond since 2003, and typically spend 100 nights a year in hotels; and I have to say that Adam Warner is the most outstanding hotel staff that I've ever had the pleasure to meet through my many journeys throughout the world. One should stay here just to meet this legend! The room was very comfortable, with everything that you could possibly need. The room has block out blinds and sound proof glass. I had the best sleep. There is unrestricted fast Internet, so Facebook, Google, and YouTube were unblocked, and very fast. Many other hotels are slow and are behind the Chinese firewall.
Stayed at the Hilton for one night during a weekend getaway with friends. The location of the hotel is decent. A 5-10 minute walk from the nearest train station, which is mostly covered on a pedestrian bridge crossing. While the hotel is located mostly amongst construction sites and office buildings, it is quite central and only a 15-20 minute walk to a major mall. The décor of the hotel is nice and classy and cleanliness was great, in line with the expectation with the Hilton brand name, however, dealing with the staff was an incredibly frustrating: We arrived quite early at about 10am and proceeded to check-in. Understandably the room was not ready, and we were advised that we could check-in first and obtain our room keys later that afternoon. We proceeded with this recommendation, and upon signing the paperwork for check-in I noticed that the name on the form was incorrect. I raised this with the front desk staff, and for some reason he seemed extremely confused by it not knowing what to do. This was after myself and my travel companions provided our travelling documents, but the name on the paperwork was for a completely different person. In the end the front desk staff had to call for the manager to sort it out, and the entire check-in process took more than 20 minutes to complete. Later that day, we returned to the hotel to proceed with obtaining our room keys, and was served by another front desk staff. To our surprise, the staff advises that there was no record of our reservation and check-in from earlier in the day. The manager (a different manager) was called, and seemed to struggle to locate our names on the system. It was finally resolved when front desk staff, from earlier that day was called back to locate the booking. Another 20+ minutes not very well spent. This was unfortunately in addition to a wrong name being input into their system for the wifi password, which required a further visit to the front desk to resolve. Being fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, I do not think this is a case of lost in translation, but rather internally, there is a lot of confusion on the processes to perform duties efficiently and correctly. Unfortunately, the customer is the one who needs to bear the consequence of the lack of professionalism. The room itself was adequately spacious, and comfortable. Cleanliness was good, and the room offered a nice open view to the neighborhood. Amenities were as per usual standard, which is within expectation. Wifi speed was also great. All in all, the hardware of the hotel is good, but it is evident from my experiences that staff lack familiarity of the systems they use, and training is insufficient to uphold the good international reputation of the Hilton brand. At present, will likely consider alternatives on my next visit to Shenzhen.
