This is the dirtiest, nastiest place I have ever stayed in the world. A potato bug crawled across my pillow, the grounds, the elevator carpet, the room carpet hadn't been vacuumed in months just atrocious. Do NOT stay here. Rooms all open with people partying a domestic in the hall at 130 am on a Wednesday night. Never again.
The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The HVAC was loud. The refrigerator was loud. The exhaust fan was loud. The water had an unusual smell. The hallways were not as clean. The stairwells were dirty and smelled of cigarettes. The pool seemed to be good. The floor around the pool was not good. Check in took a long time. There wasn't anyone at the desk. There were no instructions how to get help at the desk. When someone arrived, she was pleasant. Most of the negatives I can ignore, but not the odor of the water and not at this price.
My room was cleaned well everyday. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Price point was great for a longer stay like I had. Pool area was a little neglected, but not too bad.
The night we checked in we had great customer service from night representative. There was no housekeeping service the next day and no offer to provide it when they were made aware. There was virtually nothing available for breakfast. There was a storage room propped open in our hallway the entire stay and the pool was not available.
The bathroom tub drain was clogged and drained very slowly. Though we asked daily for someone to unclog it, it was never done suiting our four night stay!

Great place to stay for families. My daughter loved the pool. The breakfast was great. Friendly staff. My only and biggest complaint would be the beds were awful. Worst hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. Very lumpy and could feel the springs. I’m hopeful the beds are replaced soon because I would love to stay here again.

Non-functioning printer meant boarding passes couldn’t be printed. But staff provided solution to use local Office Depot
Kids loved the pool area.... Could have the water a bit warmer though! Good selection for breakfast
Trying to upgrade a room and the weirdness around costs was disconcerting and time consuming. Yuk!

The facility looked at least fairly and was in excellent condition. It appeared well maintained as nothing appeared to require repair. The staff, the front desk staff in particular, was excellent! Since the maintenance staff was not working one morning, the front desk staff took on extra duty going above and beyond what should be expected!
