People behind the desk checking you in could be alittle more friendly and dress alittle more professional
Nice place to stay however Sheboygan has a tendency to be a bit expensive compared to the Crowne Plaza near the Milwaukee airport for the same price.
Property was average. Staff was below average. However, breakfast was very good and attendant was excellent.
Horrible horrible smell from hallway carpets. They desperately need to be replaced. Workout room needs to not be in with the pool. Too hot to work out. Otherwise was a great place.

I booked online through orbitz with the option to change at any time. I was unable to arrive the first night of my reservation. I called and the manager said no problem and he will change my reservation. When we showed up there was no record of the changes and couldn't find me in the system. Then when the other manager showed up and found my reservation She tried to bill me for the night I cancelled. I immediately told her to cancel my reservations immediately. She still charged my card without authorization and after I distinctly said cancel. She did reverse the transaction but with the holidays my funds were tied up for days as result. She also provided us with hostile customer service. I travel at least once a week across the country for work and have never received such horrible customer service. Once we finally got into our room, it was standard for a quality inn (no maintenance ever performed and original everything), however the last night staying the heater started to make an screeching noise and started to smoke. I was not too happy with this due to having my six month old child in the room. When I went to the desk to report the problem there was no one to be found. Overall this hotel is one of the worst I have stayed in. I would recommend any hotel over this one.
We had a very good experience. It was nice and cozy place
Excellent except for the lobby and breakfast area; too small and congested. Hours good for business traveler but not for vacationers, 6:00-9:00.. We were too late to eat.
Stayed almost a week. Loved the hot tub and breakfast was great
We were close to family that we had traveled 7 hours to visit. We had a restful nights sleep and a tasty breakfast.
Upon arrival, we could not check in due to a problem with a computer, had to wait 45 minutes at the desk for the clerk to get us a room. After which the key(card) would not work on the door. In fact, the cards never worked and had to be exchanged out three time. On the final try, we propped the door open. would not use this motel again
