As a family traveling with heavy luggage, we we're dismayed to find out there was no elevator to our second floor room. After a long g day of traveling, I wasn't too happy about this. The room itself was clean and neat, had a bit of a funky odor at first, but the mattresses we're comfortable. The check-in staff could use a bit of welcoming training, but we're not unpleasant. The breakfast buffet is only open until 9am, so if you are planning on sleeping in a little bit, plan on eating somewhere else. I feel we overpaid for what we got ($124 with tax per night for a 2 bedroom standard room). That is alot of money for basic accommodations and a mediocre breakfast.

When we went to check inn the person was training a new employee. No one said hello, No smile, we felt like we were interrupting the training, we did not feel welcome, They tried to sneak in a extra charge for using the safe $15,00 In small print, We had no intention of using it. So make sure you read the whole hotel agreement before you sign anything! The place is starting to get run down. The beds need to be replaced among other things. The check out was the same as the check in, People are spending money to stay there you should stop what you are doing and pay attention to them. I can imagine how the new person is going to be after being trained by a poor trainer. Stayed there before but after this visit we will be looking for some where else to stay!

The staff was very friendly but the overall experience was the only negative that we experienced during our stay in Sheboygan. The room had an odor that required us to find some air freshner to help mask the odor. Our next trip to that area will have us looking for another location.

Checking in was tough. Their computer... would not allow a simple scan of my credit card. This has been an ongoing problem... according to hotel personnel. I had to make 2 trips to get fully checked in. The night clerk's discretionary privileges had been curtailed. Although there it was available... I was unable to receive a complimentary upgrade. The room... The shower and sink had very restrictive water devices. The 2 light bulbs were CFM... so the room was very dark! The AC/heater has a motion sensor... so... in the middle of the night... the AC shuts down. I awoke in a puddle of my own sweat. Breakfast was typical for a Quality Inn. The breakfast lady... was Exceptional... keeping things stocked... and keeping THE INCREDABLY SMALL breakfast area cleared. In short... in my opinion... the property was MORE concerned with saving pennies... than with providing a decent nights sleep... to its customers. I would have stayed a third night... but the room rate was increased nearly, an additional $100 per night (for a Wednesday night). Sheboygan seems like a very nice town... I'll stay SOMEWHERE else... next time I'm in the vicinity.

We stayed here for six nights. The staff was nice, but I have to say, housekeeping left more to be desired. Several days it looked as though the tub had not been cleaned and we never had enough towels. Also the sheets were never changed and the bed was just thrown together. We will not return to this hotel.

Easy on and off from I-43. Close to food, gas, etc. (QuickTrip, Culver's, Hardee's, Texas Roadhouse, etc) Easy drive to downtown and the lake. Quick check-in. Cozy, quiet, very clean rooms. Free wifi. Free breakfast. I'd be happy to stay here again!

We stayed 2 nights while attending a Graduation for our godson. I thought there was an elavator but I was wrong. The front desk was helpful and moved us down on the 1st floor because I have a little problem with stairs. The breakfast was good and our room was queit. The beds were comfortable and we had 4 pillows each, you can never have too many pillows . The mini fridge kept our beer at a very pleasant temp. Rooms also have a microwave.

had a great visit at Quality inn , good hot breakfast nice clean room, recently remodeled good service at the front desk, Iwish they had an elavator and also there computer in the lobby was a relic, all in all it was a good stay

My boyfriend and I checked in on a Friday night, later in the evening (9:30?). The receptionist wasn't very talkative or overly welcoming. We hit the pool and hot tub after a long day - which were very nice! We basically had them to ourselves for the majority of our time. Pool was equipped with towels too! However, a few little things were kind of off. I was reading the little booklet on our desk in the room & I said "upon request, we offer (a large list) these amenities" I saw "toothbrush" & "toothpaste". Rats, I just remembered that I didn't bring either of those! My boyfriend had to run to the car again to grab another bag and I asked him to ask the front desk receptionist to grab me a toothbrush & toothbrush. He came back with neither. The front desk told him they don't have either of those. Instead, he had mouth wash - which wasn't even listed in the booklet? Oh well, minor. Then, in the morning, we went to breakfast and I had a waffle (you know, the ones you make yourself). The timer went off and it was still super white so I put it back in for another 2:30. And the the line was getting a bit long so I just took it out. Needless to say, it was still doughy. I had a bowl of cereal, and went on our way. My boyfriend seemed to like his meal...But he's not as particular 😉 Otherwise, everything else was good!

My bf and I have stayed here a couple of times over Christmas while visiting his family in Sheboygan. Don't really have anything bad to say about this place. It's quiet. The pool and hot tub are nice, the breakfast is fine, staff is friendly. Would stay here again!
