Upon arrival, there seemed to be no one at the desk to check in. I noticed a lady hiding in the corner texting on her cell phone. After she saw me, she looked surprised and then helped check me in. On one of our bed sheets, there was a small blood stain, so this was disappointing. I went to ask for a clean bed sheet and they gave me a new one. Free breakfast was included which was nice. This is my first and last time staying at this hotel.

Very noisy. Kids running up and down the stairs and hallways all evening. Even stepped into the hallway to ask politely to stop running. Beds were hard and pool and hot tub rediculisly small. Breakfast was good, good coffee all day. The city of Sheboygan is absolutely boring this time of year. Downtown nothing but bars and restaurants. No shopping anywhere. No live entertainment anywhere near the hotel.

conveniently located; walk to art center, lake, restaurants etc. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice section for breakfast even eggs and sausage. We would definitely stay there again. Just note that..Room was clean but ready for some refreshing. , shared area is not very large, 2 bed suite has 1 queen bed per room and that is all that will fit, there is only 1 bathroom.

nice, comfortable suite rooms with living room and kitchen; also convenient location right in the heart of downtown Sheboygan

This was the perfect lodging for our August visit to Sheboygan. Our suite was roomy, quiet and had two queen beds with good mattresses.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. Met our needs perfectly; quite downtown area at night. No major complaints!

Very convenient location. Nice facility. Minor issues with light switch and TV remote love the hotel/suite concept

Location to restaurants great! Always enjoy my stays with you. Use the Eau Clair one exclusively when traveling there.

This hotel looked good in the reviews and photos, but here is the scoop. Housecleaning is poor at best. Shower curtain had mold growing on it, kitchen not clean, found a print out of a reservation on top of refrigerator that was two weeks old. Furniture is very cheap and uncomfortable, TV's small . The amenities, coffee, soaps, kleenex, TP, everything, was obviously the cheapest that could be purchased. Breakfast ok but nothing great They have cut every corner possible at this hotel. Would not stay here again

We where in the area for Tough Mudder. This was a great place to stay. Breakfast was very nice and a bit different each morning. The room was large enough and gave our 4 year old room to play. Nice having a kitchen and living room space.

Nice hotel-love the setup(separate bedroom/sleeping quarters). Even had a kitchenette with a dishwasher! Quiet, comfortable, and reasonable. Super 8 was the only other hotel, I could find, that takes pets. Needless to say, I'm staying here from now on. Also, the location is ideal, although restaurants are far & few between, but not a problem. We went for the Holidays and the weather was awesome, as opposed to the UP : ) BTW The staff was very accommodating!

Was actually just passing through the area, like and trust the hotel brand, could not have been a nicer stay. Staff was excellent and helpful for dinner recommendation. Again, short overnight but surprisingly nice evening in a nice town.

Nice suite hotel - seems aimed at business travelers (central downtown location) for extended stays during the week? Stayed with kids over a weekend - clean quiet hotel with plenty of room for a family to spread out (separate BR and pullout couch), and there's a full kitchen. Plenty of free parking in back and has a pool for the kids (unusually small pool though...not enough room for more than a handful of kids). Hot tub too. Free breakfast was nothing fancy (pre-made scrambled eggs, waffle machine, cereal, juice, toaster, coffee) but fine for kids. Right in downtown Sheboygan which was sleepy on the weekend, but plenty of bars and a few restaurants within walking dist if you want. Will def stay here again when in the area - good value.

Hotel met all the expectations and the staff were great

We needed a clean, comfortable place to stay for one night while transitioning between Thanksgiving weekend activities in various parts of Wisconsin. We found a great price for the GrandStay in Sheboygan so we decided to give it a try. We were very pleasantly surprised. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Having a sitting area separate from the bedroom was very nice for privacy and convenience. Free parking and free (hot, and pretty decent) breakfast added to the already great value. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, neat .... towels, bathroom, shower and bedding were very clean. It was nice to have a refrigerator, 2 tv's, stove, cookware, utensils, comfy bed etc. I didn't care for the wall color throughout the room itself but once I looked past the color it was an excellent stay. The running water is neither soft nor hard. I felt clean after taking a shower. I can't say the same for several other hotels in the area. The staff was excellent, breakfast was good to great. I didn't go to the pool or whirlpool. The pool is very small. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will strongly consider it the next time I'm in town.

The rooms are fine, but the bathroom shower area ceiling paint is falling down, Shower drain cover wasn't working. Need to look at those details. Instead of couch in living area a couple recliners would be more comfortable.

We loved it! Breakfast has greater variety than any other chain we've visited. Staff is very friendly and accommodating regardless of request. Also staff was LGBT friendly to me and my spouse, unlike other places we've stayed in Sheboygan.

Very spacious with 3 TV's! separate bedroom, full dining, whirlpool, full kitchen with utensils!.. private parking, pool, breakfast

Hotel had no king size beds. Price was high for room of this lower quality. People are nice.
