The room was comfortable and private with lots of amenities and tons of unique charm. Each room has its own private porch where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The property is located with in minutes of great resturants, pubs, wineries, hiking trails and Antietam battfield park. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. We will absolutely be staying again.
We had an amazing time staying at the farm house and cannot recommend it highly enough. Wonderful hospitality, great food, and gorgeous accommodations. The only very slightly minor issue was sometimes it was hard to get enough hot water going, or without waiting too long for it. Can’t wait to come back someday!

This is the perfect place to relax. Beautiful surroundings and quiet, cozy rooms. The area has so much to offer from outdoor activities (hiking, biking, historic tours, rafting), to quaint college town with excellent selection of restaurants. The Inn is well kept, with many small details to make our stay feel like home. The staff is friendly and breakfast is delicious. We loved bringing carry out dinner and a bottle of wine, and just sitting on the patio to take in the scenery and listen to the birds. Would definitely want to come back again.
The Antietam Overlook Farm surprisingly exceeded our expectations! And the other guests we talked to at our breakfast table in the mornings were so kind! We would recommend this B and B because they take care of all the little details so your visit is incredibly easy and fun! Our room had a cute little screened in "private" porch which faced a lovely garden. For the price we felt they over-deliver in a wonderful way.
The Antietam Overlook has one of the most beautiful view a non-coastal B&B could have. The facility is lavish, yet appropriately decorated for an area steeped in civil-war era history. It's conveniently located to Harper's Ferry, the Washington Monument (the one in WV). The Breakfast was excellent, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I agreed the the B&B and area in general made for a wonderful weekend.
