For $65, it met my expectations for the night. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall decor was current. The pillows were small and the outside walls and window let a lot of highway noise in. (My room was on the highway side of the building; request one on the backside.) The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, but the overall feel of the common areas felt a little bit dated and slipping into disrepair. The room was comfortable, but the other parts of the building seemed a bit musty. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, but the overall feel of the common areas felt a little bit dated and slipping into disrepair. The room was comfortable, but the other parts of the building seemed a bit musty. this is a fine location for a quick overnight stay, and very assessable to plenty of food and services. I would give a higher rating if the property owners would put greater care into the overall appearance of the facilities.

We arrived and advised that to get a non smoking room we would have to pay a surcharge

Clean, quiet, easy to get to. That part of Maryland is apparently in a huge Verizon dead zone

I use Orbitz ALOT. I made the reservation and chose the option "Pay At Time of Check-in". We got caught in a rainstorm coming to the location on a motorcycle. I called 2 hours out to confirm I still had my reservation and they would hold it. The person on the phone CONFIRMED we had the reservation and they would hold it. Upon arrival, there was no reservation. When they researched they said that it was cancelled for "non-payment". I explained it was pay at check-in. Short of it was that I had to rebook my room with them (Hotel had maybe 8 guests) and pay their premium room rate vs the Orbitz rate which is why I chose this hotel in the first place. This was a bit underhanded. Other than that. Very comfortable and clean place to stay.

Hotel was fine for just an overnight stay. Not a place we'd stay for a vacation. Asked for a non smoking room which it probably was.....but there was a definite odor that was probably a spray to mask perhaps dampness or even mold. No signs of mold.....but was suspicious of there might have been. Room definitely needed some updating as far molding, flooring, etc. All in all......we got what we paid for!

We traveled from KY to NY, Hagerstown MD was a near halfway point for us. The hotel is just off the freeway but far enough to enjoy quietness. The room was extra clean & nice. The staff was friendly & helpful. Microtel is one of my hotels of choice so needless to say I was happy to find one located here!

We stayed at the Super 8 for one night because we were in the area for two Minor League baseball games. The room was nice and comfortable. We didn't have any problems. The breakfast was better than some Super 8's. A good variety of food.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, would stay here again

The hotel was just fine. The only issue and it isnt really an issue is that we got booked into a handicap room.I was not expecting that and I was not made aware by the person on the phone about that. The clerk expected me to be in a wheel chair.. Staff was very attentive.

Great value, comfortable and clean. Nice stay. Perfect for our needs. Recommended.

Staff was great, room was clean. Only negative was no fridge or microwave but bed was comfortable.

Hotel was next to the interstate and very noisy . Clean but had a smell in hall way that was unpleasant .

I needed a room and this Microtel was perfect for me. Pricing was nice, nice room, the staff were extremely friendly. Worked out well, I'll be staying there again when needs be

So we get to the hotel and no one is at the desk we wait a good 7 mins for someone to come out. He comes out aske for ID gives us a room key says it's right down the hall. We put our room key in ready to hop in bed and there is clothes liqor bottles all over the place and someone passed out in the bed. We go back to the desk wait again and advise him that there was someone passed out in the room he put us in. He says "oh, here's another room" no apology or anything. Worst hotel experience ever!

Staff very thoughtful Smoke free Clean room Snacks machines on every floor

First time at a Microtel. though the room was small, it was very clean and perfect for one or two nights. Will definitely use this source again. Cannot beat the price. Staff was very helpful. JK Maryville TN

Was a nice stay. Got an early check in with no issues.very pleasant staff

I arrived at this hotel after dark and had to wait for my long distance fiance to arrive so we could check in. I was a little uncomfortable with my surroundings, I didn't feel very safe and ended up parking in a well lit shopping center until he arrived. Burger King is one of the only places to eat near this hotel. We ended up eating this for dinner and breakfast since the continental breakfast was taken away very early. The man who checked us in seemed a bit confused and had a hard time speaking in a way that we understood. The woman who checked us out was very professional and nice. Our room was very clean, would have liked an extra towel or two. Could use either bigger pillows or more of the pillows they have now. We got 3 small-ish square pillows for a queen bed. I'm sure upon request they would have provided more. We stayed on a non smoking floor and it was very nice. The room was small but we did not mind that.

The room was a queen one bedroom. There was barely any space other than that taken up by the bed. There was no built-in closet.-it was free standing and the TV was on top of it so to see the TV you had to look up. The lighting in the room was all flourescent (I suppose energy-efficient) There were no table lamps. No fan in the bathroom. The noise from the highway was loud. There was a hole in the rug. The toilet seat was permanently stained. Absolutely no space in this room. I've never seen a smaller hotel room.

Very clean, small nice room. efficient staff. Just wanted a good place to sleep. got that.
