We stayed 2 nights and requested a room away from the highway. We still used a white noise app to ensure the traffic noise would not be a problem. Our king bed was clean and comfortable. The small sitting area was nice to lounge and eat snacks after a day of skiing. We brought some food from home, put it in the mini-fridge and heated it in the microwave. There is a Starbucks almost walking distance. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Whitetail.

Our group stayed overnight after a day of snow tubing. The hotel staff was pleasant and courteous. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. You can't go wrong with the beds. They are cozy. Bathrooms are clean. Breakfast was good and there was ample choices. However, no meat to accompany the eggs.

Perfect hotel for a short trip to Hagerstown for shopping and snow tubing. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is good with lots of options. Hotel is very close to everything. This is our second time here and we will come again!

Staying at the hotel at this time and have not been able to sleep all night due to the noice from the road. The truck traffic is immense. Called the reception and asked for another room but it is fully books I was told. Keep far away if you would like a good night sleep.

Hagerstown offers several options for mid-range and bargain hotels. I have stayed at a few of them but I prefer the SpringHill. The staff are friendly. The rooms have plenty of space -- two queen beds, a comfortable couch that pulls out for another bed, and a desk. The fitness room is pretty basic, mostly cardio machines, but the pool is nice. I believe that they use a salt water system so no chlorine. It's small -- too small for swimming laps -- but I have never seen more than about 6-7 people in it. It's good for kids. The breakfast buffet in the morning is above average, with several options including make-your-own waffles. For dinner, the restaurant next door is pretty good (and very convenient). For a basic hotel, the biggest downside is that the Internet drops a lot.

We stayed at the SpringHill Suites in Hagerstown while traveling south of I-81 to pick up I-70 west. The hotel is one exit before the exit for I-70, so it is very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, the hotel was very clean, and breakfast was good. We had a great night's stay. The hotel is next to a mall so there is much shopping nearby, and the Stone Wall Tavern is across the parking lot from the hotel. The food there was very good. We enjoyed our evening at this SpringHill Squites and would definitely recommend staying there.

This hotel has nice accommodations, is located near the freeway and adjacent to a mall and multiple eatery's. The only negative was our room was on the highway side and we heard the vehicle noise. We used the HVAC fan to drown the noise a circulate the air through the night. Staff was friendly rooms were spacey and nicely decorated. We were only there for an overnight stay. From our experience we would recommend it.

I have never gone wrong with Marriott, at least not yet!! The Bed was comfortable and the room was cozy. It was quiet and after going hiking all day it was much appreciated. Breakfast was well filled with the normal hot breakfast items. There was plenty of fruit, yogurts, eggs, sausage, and waffle mix!! The coffee was good and hit the spot. The building was clean inside and out. Now there was one thing that I did notice and that was the condition of the US Flag flying outside. As a Veteran and Good Citizen, I always look for the flag and look at its condition. The flag needs to be addressed as it was very dirty!!!!!!

We booked the place at one price and it was a different price the second night. I have stayed at hotels all over the world it's one price when you book The breakfast was poor the turkey sausage was not fit for dogs Stay some place else

We enjoyed the stay but the bed was way too high for someone in a wheel Chair. Sad nothing to be changed related to no maintenance. It was hard getting my husband into the bed, It was very tall. He is in a WC 24/7 and cannot walk. I think other than the bed height the hotel was very good and would work for almost everyone. The pool was great.
