Thoroughly enjoyed the property with pools, onsite cafe, spa, bike rentals, but most especially the private patio with plunge pool which was lovely.

I would not recommend staying at this property. The man who checked us in, didn’t speak any English and didn’t fully explain the policy. Also the staff were not very attentive to their guest because we had to wait 10 minutes to talk to someone and nobody was hardly at the front desk, even when waited no one would appear. Also, we also had a blackout which lasted for hours and as a person who has health problems that is extremely unacceptable and when we spoke to management, they told us about 30 minutes and we still waited additional hours. To add on, we had to pay additional money for one person on the reservation , and they only gave us one towel one washcloth and one wash rag for me only even though I paid for an additional person and when I asked the front desk agent, which was the same one who didn’t really speak as much English, he explained to me that we only can receive one towel and that I have to wait until 11 AM to receive an additional towels and etc. When we waited till 11, we still did not receive anything, we had to find the agent and he ended up giving us a hard time. If you’re looking to go to a hotel in Mexico, I would DEFINITELY not recommend this one.

I never write bad reviews but I have no choice after staying here. Let me start off by saying the staff was wonderful really nice and helpful. However, there was so many bugs in the room every day I woke up with mosquito bites and bed bug bites. I had bites all over my arms and legs and back. I was itching almost the entire stay. The shower is not fully closed and has an opening and the bugs easily get through and lizards, and I woke up at three in the morning with the cricket on my pillow. There was ants everywhere. I could not even leave my bathroom supplies anywhere or my clothes anywhere without them being swarmed in ants within minutes. I do not recommend staying here pay a little more to ensure that you will not have bugs crawling in your bed and all over the room.
