Fantastic option for a trip to Seville. The Premium Room had a kitchen, bathroom, huge bed, two balconies and a view of the cathedral which is literally 30 seconds away. Communication was brilliant via email and WhatsApp before and during my stay. Very friendly staff, clean room, free bottle of champagne upon arrival and excellent value for money. Dozens of great cafes and restaurants on the doorstep and right next to the main shopping street and tram. Could not recommend more highly

Inaccessible by car

We were disappointed by this apartment. To start with it is inaccessible by car and this was not made clear on their description. The nearest car park is a 10 minutes walk which means you have to leave most of your belongings in the car and just carry essentials to the room. The courtyard is just a light shaft with no tables or chairs to sit on. The kitchenette is just a sink and microwave. We were hoping to cook a meal there, however, this was not possible. Lastly the bathroom wall is made of glass so if you use the toilet in the night and put the light on, it lights up the whole bedroom! Also the sliding bathroom door has been fitted incorrectly and leaves a two inch gap when closed, this has been mentioned in several reviews and is obviously not going to be rectified any time soon. All in all, this apartment is poorly advertised and not worth the money being charged.

Disappointing.

Room was disappointing, bathroom was large but room was smaller than we expected and no table to eat at, only a trolley. Bathroom door didn't close properly. Description said courtyard area, but it was a very small airshaft out our window, not a courtyard. There are multiple properties with the same name in the area and reviews seem to be for all properties.
