Truly Exceptional – A 3-Star Hotel That Feels Like So Much More From the moment I stepped into the building, I was completely blown away. For a 3-star hotel, this place far exceeded every expectation. The reception area, though not huge, is absolutely spectacular—stylish, modern, and immaculately presented. It gave an immediate sense of quality and care that set the tone for the rest of the stay. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff. Without doubt, the most helpful and genuinely welcoming team I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. Sergio, Joanna, and others went out of their way to make everything perfect—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. And then there’s the rooftop. A stunning pool with panoramic views stretching across the city, including a breathtaking view of the cathedral just a stone’s throw away. It’s the kind of place you could spend hours relaxing, soaking in the atmosphere above the city. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It may be rated 3 stars, but in every way that matters, it delivers a 5-star experience.

This boutique hotel checks all the boxes. Great location, very nice rooms with a safe, mini fridge, air conditioning, and an incredible fresh breakfast with a large variety of items. The staff were all helpful no matter what our questions were. The pool was a great little retreat from the midday heat.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at Joya del Casco, a beautiful boutique hotel perfectly located just a stone’s throw from Seville’s magnificent Cathedral. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by Elena, a charming receptionist, who not only made check-in a breeze but also took the time to give us a detailed overview of the city’s highlights. Her recommendations for local restaurants were spot on, and we thoroughly enjoyed each one we tried. Our room—and the hotel overall—was beautifully designed and immaculately kept, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style that made our stay truly memorable. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a generous and varied spread. We were greeted by another stunning receptionist whose warm hospitality and effortless poise made us feel incredibly well looked after. One of the standout features of the hotel is the rooftop pool, which boasts breathtaking views over the city—a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Seville is an amazing city, full of life, culture, and history. When we return—and we most certainly will—Joya del Casco will be our first choice. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Was one of the best run, friendly hotels we have stayed at. It was quiet and peaceful despite being located near to so many good restaurants and the stunning cathedral. Breakfast was excellent with some variation each morning.

This is a very nice hotel, in an excellent location, with an amazing rooftop terrace. The staff are excellent. The breakfast was very good with products from their farm and lots of different foods each day

We booked last minute and we made the best choice. Every member of staff was outstanding and so helpful. You can walk everywhere, you can see the cathedral (and hear the bells!) from the roof and walk there in 5 mins. The food options around are excellent and there is also shops close. If we ever go back, I wouldn’t even look at another hotel, this is the place I’m staying ❤️

The hotel is small in a narrow street but beautiful and clean. It has locations in Portugal so you can see that in the decoration style. The location is super - close to EVERYTHING. The homemade breakfast was delicious. The staff was wonderful - all of them from the lady at breakfast to the guys at the front desk. The sweetest man was Sergio who was not hesitant to let me borrow his cell phone to make a domestic call in Spain to Iberia. During the stress of airline error hassle out of home country in the world that is full of scams, it warmed my heart to know that there are still many kind people like Sergio. Thank you !!

We really enjoyed our stay at Joya del Casco. It is an excellent, quiet location. We loved staying in the old town with the narrow streets and beautiful architecture. Everything is within walking distance is in walking distance. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and were given lots of helpful information about the city. The room was comfortable and the hotel had everything we needed for our stay. Wonderful,plentiful choice of food for breakfast. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the team

Fabulous small central boutique hotel

Fantastic small boutique hotel in the centre of Seville with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed with great pillows. Fantastic shower. Breakfast was amazing as was the unlimited tea and coffee near reception. Nice rooftop terrace with great views of the nearby cathedral. Just a word of caution, we got a transfer but the driver would not drop us to the hotel door "because of narrow streets". We had to walk for 3-4 mins.

Very hospitable staff, spacious and modern hotel in an elegant old home, it seems. Boutique hotel with Portuguese owners. Incredible location. Away from most noise but walk to everything. Room entry is via a 3 story atrium. Earplugs or a sound machine may be useful for light sleepers. Lovely breakfast. We missed it the second day. They packed bread and juice for us. Recommend a little more such as yogurt and fruit when guests depart early. It was warm and a fan to circulate the air would have been perfect. The AC was not working but a fan is needed for comfort.
