Great location. quaint rooms with a nice lobby and rooftop veranda. The shower was very small and the water would go from warm to hot to ice cold. As the shower was small there was no where to go to back away from the hot and cold.

Came here on the recommendation of a friend. It is clean and more than adequate for a short visit. The location is the best thing, in that it is in the heart of the old City, with all the sights an restaurants at your fingertips. The breakfast is the buffet type and is fine for most people offering a standard choice of cereals, croissants and breads along with cold meats, fruit and some hot dishes. The staff are helpful and friendly speaking good English (better than my Spanish). I would not hesitate to book again, when next in Seville.

The location was wonderful, as were all the staff we interacted with. Very helpful. The room was a bit smaller than I expected and I was disappointed that there was not even 1 TV channel with in English or subtitles. But I would absolutely recommend the hotel to friends and family.

it was our first stay in Seville and we really pleased with the hotel for its comfort & location which was really handy for most of the major sightseeing attractions Seville has to offer. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a good selection to choose from at breakfast from the buffet. The hotel had comfortable roof top bar which was good to sit and relax after a busy day. we would love to return to Seville and if we do we would use the Hotel Murillo.

Great location and firm bed. But that was about it....Very overpriced and that wasn’t even peak season (one hundred and sixty euros without breakfast). Might have felt better if the price was more reasonable. Very little character. Breakfast in the basement expensive and gloomy so we went across the road one morning & round the corner another. Roof top bar closed even though day time and early evening was warm and would have been lovely. In October the room was cold at night even with extra blankets. For that price duvets would be nice. But the beds were firm so at least we slept well. We should all put pressure on hotels to stop using tiny single use plastic bottles and instead use refillable bottles of soap. Perhaps there should be another paragraph to give “environmentally friendly” rating.

Had a fabulous 5 day trip to Seville staying at this hotel. Hotel is so central, has character, lovely staff and a beautiful terrace where we had a night cap each night. The bar opposite is also great. There was nothing we didn't like. Would most definitely stay again if we were to come back and highly recommend

This is a great place to stay right in heart of the Old Town It has a lovely Spanish atmosphere Staff really friendly and helpful with tourist queries etc Good choice at breakfast at rooftop bar was a real bonus in the evening

Difficult to find the hotel bc of very narrow alley type street. Taxi can NOT. drive u to the front door of hotel. Taxi had to drop us off at Plaza de Santa Cruz square and we had to find the hotel while logging our luggage :( The plus was that restaurants are everywhere and the food was delicious no matter which direction u go. Highly recommend the restaurant right outside of the hotel. Excellent food.

Great big windows to open to watch life in the little plaza outside the hotel. Location is ideal: roll out of bed and you are in the middle of what you want to see. The hammam, a short walk from the hotel, is wonderful. staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location, professional staff. Accommodations are basic. If you seek safe, very convenient place in the Alcazar/Cathedral area, this will work. The staff at the hotel were very helpful including arranging a tour.
