My stay at Sedona Summit was great! The host was good with communication, the check-in process was smooth, and the room had everything I needed. The location was right outside downtown Sedona, and I enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle. It was still close enough to get everywhere I wanted. My favorite amenity was the adults-only hot tub overlooking the red rocks—amazing!

When I booked this stay I didn’t realize it would be at a vacation club (thought it was a condo association), so I was surpised when the host sent us a message a few days before check-in advising of this and suggested us to tell the registration we were friends of the owners, so as not to get bothered for a timeshare. I did name drop the owner names so the timeshare sales process did seem less aggressive, but still something I didn't want to have to deal with for our short stay. The pool/hot tub were beautiful. Unfortunately our room faced a busy/loud road, not the beautiful red rock views I thought we'd be getting. Our bathroom shower floor had seen better days, the toilet didn’t flush well, the bathroom fan was broken, & the kitchen sink didn’t drain water well. The bed was very comfortable. The complex itself was nice & quiet.

Sedona getaway

We had a wonderful stay, great location and clean unit. The only thing we would change was that the patio is looking out to a wall and the busy road which was quite noisy if the slider was open. No regrets though.

Good for a night or two.

The room was clean and organized. The kitchen stocked with cooking items, coffee pot and dishes. The bathroom fan was broken and didn’t work and couldn’t get the rooms AC down past 68o. Cozy little patio, however caution tape up along sidewalk with busy construction going on. Our trip was a bummer because the neighbors (their door next to ours) were extremely loud, slamming their front door late at night and early mornings.
