I wish every hotel was like this. It was spotless. The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. This will be our go-to hotel each time we go to Sedona. Keep up the great hospitality.

Quiet and very comfortable.

First time staying and was very impressed. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was very clean. Very quiet room as we didn’t hear anyone next to us, doors slamming, etc. Nice having a refrigerator and microwave. Both of which were very new and stylish. Will stay again if in the area.

The stairs are grated, spiked industrial; not suitable for dogs. No specific dog relief area. The field adjacent to the hotel is full of thorns. Hotel is very bare basics.

The front desk personnel are very friendly and made my check in very easy. Our room was very nice for the price. Bed very comfortable. We had a king bed. There were hair left in the bathroom but overall it look and smell cleaned

Check in was great! Fabulous person who checked us in answered all our questions and provided a map with all the top destinations. Room was clean and neat. Bed was a bit soft but that’s just a personal preference. Great shower amenities. The location was perfect!

This was a very comfortable and fancy hotel in the most beautiful setting. Bell rock was visible. The room was so comfortable, modern, and beautiful. The pool was gorgeous. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. Would stay again for sure.

Nice enough remodel. Room had a horrible musty smell from the A/C like a moldy filter, staff didn’t seem concerned or able to fix it. Breakfast was a pathetic afterthought and they should just scrap it.
