Great little getaway, nice rooms, great staff.....my complaint is compared to the last time , this visit seemed "cheaper". For nearly $500 a night, they leave you fridge with water, sodas and some snacks and a fresh baked loaf of bread from a bread machine. 1st visit, the room was always kept stocked, fresh warm bread you smell when you walk in the door. This trip was 4 sodas, 2 bottles of water , that never got replaced on the second day, nothing was replaced, even the bathroom they didn't leave fresh soaps and shampoo, we used what was left on the 1st day , which wasn't much, thankfully we had our own products. May sound picky, but I've stayed at many resorts thru the years and for the money you pay, you expect a certain level of service and products. I have visited others in Sedona who's level of value far surpasses what you get for your money at this property. We were hoping for an experience like the first, however this property since last year has grown old and tired, nothing that really sparks your interest to come back and pay the $$$$ they ask... the Chef is still amazing and breakfast is excellent!

Fresh bread waiting for me in the room for when i checked in. Awesome service and food. The room was everhthing i expected and more a definite for a couple visiting sedona for a nice get away.

We stayed in the Wagon Wheel room which is incredible. I have never seen anything like it. Definitely one of a kind. We loved it. The breakfast was great and the people working there were so nice and friendly. I would stay there again!!!!

Beautiful villas with everything you could want. The freshly baked bread was a nice touch as were the late afternoon snacks. The villas are in a quiet area of Sedona close to Thunder mountain and the road to devil's Bridge. Good restaurants nearby. Parking onsite. Beds are very comfy, fires great for a cold night and spa lovely after hiking.

There is a level of detail and finesse in everything from amenities to room decor that made our stay here exceptional. Step through the entrance arch from a very unassuming parking area and you are in a lush little oasis of greenery and water. I cannot say enough about the creative decor. Each room is different. We stayed in the French Quarter and everything in our large, comfortable villa was designed around the theme of a rustic French village. Fresh baked bread awaited us the first evening, and apparently it would have kept coming had we not opted for fewer calories. Speaking of that, the breakfasts were great, prepared by the in house chef, with something different featured each day. There were so many wonderful little extras, none of which came attached to an extra line item on the bill, it would be hard to list them all. The staff was friendly, competent and eager to please. We routinely choose luxurious 5 star properties when we travel, and yet we found Adobe Grand Villas exceeding any of our expectations. We extended our stay for an extra day and would definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Sedona.

Everything is positive! No negative comments. Food was fabulous and accomodations were great.

Relaxing, wonderful boutique hotel without pretense. Just about perfection from the wonderful landscaping to the fresh bread baking in your room every afternoon. Delicious breakfasts, included soft drinks, water and snacks. The villas are large enough to live in permanently. Unique furniture and art. We were in the Cactus Flower room. We will be returning.
