The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.
Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.
You will be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we will send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.

Shoppers buy local crafts and produce in vibrant Pike Place Market, with its eclectic restaurants and food stalls, or hit big-name stores like Nordstrom. The busy Central Waterfront has a giant Ferris wheel and the Seattle Aquarium, while cultural attractions in the wider area include the Seattle Art Museum and the 1928 Paramount Theatre.
Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.
-It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed. -Neighbors are extremely sensitive to excessive noise from renters. They will complain to the front desk, which will incur a $100 minimum fine passed on to the guest. Do not have loud parties. Do not play loud music. Keep voices low when on the patio. -While there is a 24/7 front desk concierge, this condo is not a hotel and any problems specific to the unit must be addressed through Air Concierge. The front desk will not assist with problems such as WiFi, TV, Satellite operations/problems. -There are quite a few stairs from the condo to get up to Pikes Market and the downtown area. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area. The condo was very nice and quiet . It is located right on the waterfront near great parks and restaurants and the aquarium and only a few minutes walking from the Pike Street market. We parked our car in the garage and never used it. We took an Uber or Lyft to whatever we wanted to go and it was inexpensive, stress free, and we didn’t have to find parking wherever we went. Our host was very responsive to questions. The condo was clean and extremely comfortable. I rated it a 5 but would have gone higher if I could have.

Check-in was good however it is in another building to the south of where you are going to stay. The location of the unit was excellent with an elevator and/or stairs right outside the lobby to get to Pike Market easily. And the main street in front of the building called Alaskan Way is right on the water with great views and easy access to the boardwalk shopping and the aquarium.

Perfect Stay in Seattle
Our family of five had an incredible stay at this VRBO in Seattle, just steps from the piers. The location was absolutely perfect—within walking distance to the Norwegian cruise ship port and the vibrant Seattle waterfront. We loved strolling to the bars, restaurants, and the aquarium, all right at our doorstep!Check-in was smooth, and the garage provided easy access with a quick elevator ride to the unit. The place itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family, with plenty of room to relax. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and we had no issues during our stay.Claire and Daniel were fantastic hosts, checking in to ensure everything was going well. A good, and clean, hotel alternative if you want kitchen etc. Nothing special or thoughtful or charming think holiday inn express + plastic plants. Also super inexpensive/scratchy sheets. With just a few upgrades this would be a very pleasant place to stay. Good location although check in is an awkward distance away and there is currently a lot of construction in the area.
The stains on the carpeting were a bit concerning.

Great location but unit left a little to be desired
This unit is in an amazing location and is in a great property but the unit itself left a little to be desired. Carpets were stained in multiple spots with what looks like pet stains, some other minor cleanliness issues, when we checked in the GFI breaker in the kitchen had popped prior so we couldn’t get the tv to work until we figured that out, and our keys didn’t give us access to the advertised 5th floor rooftop patio. Could be a great place with a little more TLC and care to attention to details.
