Other things to note Please note this is a townhome with one shared wall. Generally, this home does not transfer sounds, however there is a family next door. So please be courteous and follow house rules and quiet hours. Please notify host if there are any concerns.
One side the townhome is on a 25mph arterial. Depending on your sensitivity you may hear background traffic noise. Thus far, guests have not seen this as an issue. Disposable earplugs and a white noise machine are supplied.
House Rules AGE RESTRICTION Guests must be at least 28 years old to make a reservation (we reserve the right to verify IDs during the stay). All guest profiles must be listed on the reservation except minors who will be with their parent/guardian during the stay. Guest should have a positive history. Only registered guests are permitted. If the person who made the booking is underage, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.
PARTIES/EVENTS Parties, events, pets, illegal substances, and smoking are not allowed in or on the property. This Property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and not suited for loud groups or parties. Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.
INDOOR Please do not wear shoes in the home, and do not eat or drink in the bedroom/beds. Please keep heaters clear of anything (minimum of three feet).
LONG TERM RESERVATION Guests are welcome to book long-term stays, but reservations must be made in segments of 28 days at a time.
MIDSTAY CLEAN Long stays (over 15 nights) require mid-stay cleans every 2weeks, and are billed to the Guest. Mid-stay clean is equivalent to the current cleaning fee.
ISSUES Notify the host immediately of any issues/damage. We reserve the right to inspect and service the Property during your stay, including, but not limited to landscaping services, etc.
QUIET HOURS Quiet hour is from 10PM to 8AM Noise monitoring devices are also installed to comply with county regulations. These devices do not record audio but will trigger if noise exceeds 80 decibels during the day or 70 decibels during quiet hours. Failure to follow the rules will incur a $500 charge for the 1st violation and termination of reservation for the 2nd violation without refund
PET RULES Pets are not allowed Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.
SMOKING Smoking is not allowed inside and out of the property Failure to follow the rules will incur a $1,000 charge.
