I wouldn't like to stay here again. The staff was rude the bathroom was dirty. And they had really bad soap. I wasn't impressed but again you get what you pay for. It was a cheap place to sleep for a night.

I was billed through Orbitz then double-billed at the Fromt Desk - and there wasn't a heater or AC unit in my room

No one was at the desk. Had to wait 20mins. Horrible smell in the room. Too expensive for trashy place.

The hotel is located besides a construction site so streets besides the hotel are close, it was difficult for taxis to come by. Hotel is outdated and expensive for what you get.

Old motel style place....friendly and helpful staff....needs remodeling.....stained carpet...old linens on bed....but hot, hot water and fluffy towels....do not recommend for an extended stay.....wouldn't book again in it's present condition

Where do I start, grimy stained carpet, falling wall paper, cracked stucco, furniture so old the piping on the chairs is worn off to this horrible dirty off white, the actual fabric is stained brown of what used to be lime green tweet. They have motorized odor suppressors in the hallways the size of a small electric generators. There is construction next door, so 6 am is wake up time regardless of what you think with tractors and pounding of drills. This place should either be remodeled of closed. Its a total dump.!! Paid $246 for a night what a rip off!

The rooms were clean and recently painted and the wifi worked. The front desk clerk was friendly. Unfortunately that is most of the positive for this overpriced room. The pool was brown and locked up. It was near sites of interest but the access was through a construction zone going the wrong way down the street. After hours there was another access route until 6am. The hotel was completely surrounded by construction and the view was of construction. The halls were hot and stuffy, but the room air did work well.

The staff was very friendly and other than all the surrounding construction the location is convenient. The hotel however is very run down and needs a lot of upgrades. Carpets are stained but rooms clean otherwise. Parking spots are all VERY NARROW. The travel lodge next door is considerably less money and better maintained. I would had stayed there but they were full and this hotel had a lot of vacancy. Now I see why.

Was not happy with housekeeping ,,had problems toilet water over floating

the hotel met the needs of having a location close to the space needle. the room was clean an the ac/heater works well

The location is great being right next to Seattle Center, but there is major construction all around. Aurora Ave. Aurora was closed the night was stayed there and the large construction trucks were working all night making a lot of noise. We tried to keep the old air conditioner running but it started and stopped making a lot of noise. We did not get much sleep and wished the hotel had told us about this when we checked in or had something on the web warning people. The staff was friendly and the parking fee is only $10, compared to many other downtown hotels of $30+ per night. Overall I would stay there again due to the price and the parking fee, but only if there is no construction to keep me awake during the night.

This was a great place to rest the head for the night. Certainly rough around the edges with some finish work in progress (unpainted wall repairs). Not a big deal if you only plan to be in the room while your eyes are closed anyway. Our room had a great view of the space needle and also the tunnel project. One entrance to the tunnel is right outside the west side of the building. Great staff. Pool was a little cold. Parking will cost an extra $10.

Seattle Pacific hotel was perfect for the most affordable hotel room in the downtown district. The location is great and is completely walkable to many attractions. The staff is friendly but the place could use some TLC. The breakfast was a huge disappointment.

Construction all around the hotel. Staff not friendly. This is a cheap and old rundown hotel. Wouldn't stay again

Older hotel in need of some improvements. Great price though, close to Seattle Center. long walk to Centurylink.

This hotel is very old. Located in the middle of construction zone with no access to city streets or highways. Room was 95 degrees with no air conditioning. Pool had green water. I walked out immediately canceling my reservation on the spot and will ask for full refund.

Location, excellent. Kind staff. Better shampoo would be nice and maybe some skin cream...

We stayed overnight as we were leaving on a cruise the next day. For the price, it was very over priced. The place was an old hotel that had a few repairs to make it usable. The room had repairs to it, but there was mold in the bathroom. The headboard was mounted to the wall and was made for a queen size bed, however the mattress was a full size. Only one bed in the room and uncomfortable to two people. The air conditioner was so old, the buttons were broken off and you were not able to adjust the temperature. The TV was 19" and had a remote control, however the remote only changed the channels. To turn the power on, or adjust the volume, it had to be done manually on the TV. There is alot of construction being done right across the alleyway, so it is very noisy inside and very hard to get into & out of the hotel. The continental breakfast consisted to miniture muffins & bagels, juice & coffee. Not an enjoyable start to a fantastic Alaska cruise.

The hotel is in bad repair. The rooms are falling apart. Holes and cracks in walls, furniture about to come apart, stains on furniture. The outlets in the wall would not even hold a plug they were so loose. The only positive thing about the hotel was the location and a kind staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Seattle.

Do not expect too much when staying at this hotel. The breakfast is basically 3 items that they never change and you have to figure out your way around to turn on the TV. However, the staff were very nice.
