Welcome to the Bungalow! Great 1 bedroom, queen size bed With 2024 costco firm mattress with recently remodeled shower. Great Living room, Smart TV, Bluetooth Audio, high speed internet and a 2 person sofa/pullout sleeper, work desk. Kitchen you have all the pots pans and utensils you need to cook, new oven, keurig , toaster oven, brand new fridge. also got a great nook to eat dinner or work from.
there is a door separating the back door to a private backyard leading down to the basement. if you got a dog they stay nice and cool down in the basement year round.washer and dryer are recent with detergents ect.
also a Garage is included, in the winter it does leak.
back yard is a treat for sun bathing this summer and for your pup to run around fully fenced.
access to local theater 1 block away and many restaurants off highway99.
3 minute drive to I-5. 10 minutes to light rail station.

Perfect place for my family and I to stay while we renovated our home. The area is central, on a quiet street. Neighbors are friendly. Host is responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend !!

the best home away from home !!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our long stay while we were in between places and then doing some renovations on our home. John was very easy to get ahold of and super accommodating. The house is well appointed with everything you’ll need and located on a quiet street in a very central area. There’s a nice coffee shop, movie theatre and brand new grocery store that’s walking distance too. We had a great time and would recommend John’s place to anyone. Thanks for hosting us !(:

Great little home!

I stayed here with my 3 young kids for 2 weeks and really enjoyed the house. It was well stocked and very comfortable. Great back yard too. Nice neighborhood - went walking and running with my dog a lot and easy to access other nearby neighborhoods like Greenlake and Phinney. I would absolutely stay here again.
