Bright, tidy, clean, comfortable, well appointed and walkable to attractions. We did not have a car so parking was not an issue. There were signs of homeless and addiction but we were never approached or felt threatened. Lovely Thai restaurant next door for a special dinner. Building was safe.

Underwhelmed Across the Board in Seattle

The place was nice, BUT getting into the building and apartment was complicated, but I finally figured it out. The clean-up rules were equally complicated. I would never go to Seattle if I could get my training somewhere else!!! Don’t go to Seattle unless you have to!!!! I was highly unimpressed by people all across the city, from the employees to the locals in my training!

Great getaway space in downtown

Lovely apartment with everything you need within walking distance of waterfront, Seattle Center and downtown. Location is great, and the apartment is a quiet and peaceful retreat from the bustle of the city. Great light in morning. As advertised, the parking space really is small; we drive a Ford Escort, and that's about the max for the space, but having a space is very nice.

Beautifully maintained and very clean

Lovely apartment for 2 extremely well maintained and very clean. Was exactly what we needed for our short stay. Parking was a challenge. To say the one spot is very tight is an understatement. Any car larger than a mini cooper or prius will not fit. I ended up having to pay for parking on the street which was an added unexpected expense. If you won't need parking this is a great option in a great location.

Fun in Seattle

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. We felt very safe staying here, the check in process was easy, the apartment was immaculate, the kitchen was fully furnished, the bed was very comfortable, the neighborhood for being downtown was quiet. We have absolutely no complaints about our stay. Laura, our host, was very communicative throughout the process, from booking to checkout. Highly recommend!

Great experience!

Stayed here for two weeks at the beginning of August and it was wonderful. A great location, as it's a very short walk to both Seattle's Pike Place Market as well as a variety of other shops, restaurants and places to walk around. The apartment was quiet and, thanks to the air conditioning unit, never excessively hot on sunny days. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Seattle for more than a few days but doesn't need a huge amount of living space.

In the middle of it all!

We stayed here over 4th of July and it was perfect. We were short walks from all the things in the city you could want with the ability to park in the building for no added cost. While at this stay, we were able to explore the great produce and food of the Public Market, dine in the up and coming Belltown and explore all that the Space Needle and MoPOP could teach us. We felt safe and at the end of the day had a nice place to crash and watch the sun set over the mountains. I would 100% recommend this for your next Seattle stay!

Beautiful little home base for my family while we were exploring Seattle. 15 minute walk from pike market and Seattle center. Surrounded by great food and all the sights.
