It is very quiet even in the downtown Seattle.
Mostly not happy with this hotel and won’t be staying here any longer due to from desk costumer service at the time we arrived, the receptionist this young Asian lady needs to be given a little more costumer service classes as I run 4 different business and to me my most important part is the first welcoming to my clients regardless of how they look or what are they wearing or what race they are apparently this isn’t the case for her, I was on my work clothes and haven’t felt so uncomfortable in a long time but thanks to her she did the job, I saw how she helped other well dress guests compare to how she help me and my kids, unfortunately this review I doubt it gets anywhere but at least somehow I feel a relieve by letting someone know, on top of that she wanted to double charge me when I had already paid through orbits got me waiting there until her coworker finally told her that YES it was already paid, when we finally got the okay for the room she gets mad because I didn’t want to pay $67 to park on their garage when right next to them there is a huge parking garage where I paid $7 for the whole day and night. Anyways looking forward to not saying here in my future trips to downtown Seattle.
I am not sure if I was blind when booking this hotel but I did not see the 64 dollars a night for parking fee. I stayed 2 nights totaling 128 for a parking spot. Absolutely crazy. I have learned my lesson. If you’re cool with paying for parking and HAVE to stay here it was otherwise ok. Staff was very nice and apologetic about the parking. The room was already enough. To charge for parking as well. Crazy.
The room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the shower door because it was rusted and wouldn’t shut which resulted in water all over the floor after a shower. Also, I didn’t know there was going to be a parking fee to park in the garage and was hit with a $130 charge to park there for two days!
Nice and clean
Excellent front desk staff!!!
The parking charge is outrageous. $56 per night after taxes. Not able to check out on line or on tv. Still have not received receipt that was supposed to be emailed
The only downsides I could find were having to request bottled waters (a given in all hotels i've stayed in) and the extremely pricey "continental" breakfast. The upside was the exceptional guest service! The parking attendant, front desk and restaurant staff were absolutely outstanding, knowledgeable and inclusive. From speedy check in and out to offering directions and information. Lobby, elevators, hallways and room were all very clean and pleasant smelling.
Property and rooms were clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful stay. Just one thing, the towels were a little rough.
Breakfast was hood. Staff was gr3at
Loved restaurant and bar.
The kitchen closed early so I had to find dining alternatives.
Friendly staff
False advertising about parking. They say that it cost per night, but they ended charged more then they say it cost per night. If there is a hidden fee then state it on your website.
This is a very nice hotel in downtown Seattle. It was easy to get to for being downtown.
The staff here was awesome. I would have liked a free (or paid) coffee bar in the lobby with easy grab and go for the morning.

We do make sure that our parking rate is competitive with other hotels downtown. I am sorry this was a surprise to you; we do list this cost on all third-party sites.
