This modern and designer-finished home is just steps to Theo's Chocolate Factory and the Fremont Mischief Distillery. Walk or bike the Burke Gilman trail and check out the Sunday street market. Easy access to a large variety of restaurants, bars/nightspots, and music venues.

This unit provides a one-of-a-kind experience that will ensure a memorable stay whether you are visiting the city for work or leisure!
The house has its own private entrance and features two guest bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom and offer plenty of natural light.
After checking out the nearby sites, cozy up by the fireplace in the light-filled upstairs living area, or watch on the 43" Smart TV with Roku access. In addition to the many excellent restaurant choices, there’s a fully appointed kitchen with ample storage and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area is a great place to eat and chat.
Further up is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and a spacious spa-like bathroom. For those who are working while here, there is a dedicated workspace setup with a desk and chair for you to use!
Relax or dine on the rooftop deck, with majestic city and mountain views!
An ensuite washer and dryer, board games, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 200 Mbps, and 1 free parking space behind the townhouse are all provided during your stay!
