The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was very good. the location of the hotel is awesome, right off I90; The shower faucet was loose. It would just fall off to "super hot" when we turn it. we raised this with the reception multiple times and they said they sent maintenance (there was a note in the room which said maintenance was here). But the problem was not fixed. But other aspects were all good with the room,

A nice quiet weekend after thanksgiving with people you would rather not be with. Staff and Hotel was excellent considering it was a busy Holiday.
The guy at check in was fast and friendly. He got through a line of people quickly without making it feel rushed. The room was super clean, the bed was the most comfortable bed, and breakfast was amazing. I've never had so many breakfast options at a hotel included breakfast. The dining room and meal felt like a restaurant. Definitely will stay again if I'm in the area.
Hotel was quiet and clean and in good condition. Loved the hot tub in the room. Great recommendation for a diner up the road from front desk. But the toilet didn’t flush most of the time. We reported it but they never fixed it.
Property is close to Highway 90, so in and out is easy. We chose it as it offers free continental breakfast and free parking which is convenient. Overall the price is high for a 3 star hotel, but in the expensive Bellevue area, this one still has a better value comparing to other sky-high priced hotels.
