This is an amazing unit with Elliott Bay views from every window, two large bedrooms (master has en-suite bathroom), high quality linens/bedding, comfortable memory foam mattresses, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, lightning fast 1G wifi, designated parking for one vehicle of up to medium size SUV in a secured garage, gym/swimming pool/spa/community room and so much more! Please note that this unit is located on 1st Avenue in Belltown. While double pane windows insulate most of street noise, occasional service vehicle or music may be heard, especially on weekends. We welcome guests to check in anywhere from 3pm to 10pm, but please note that late night check ins after 10pm will incur a $30 charge. Thank you.

The property was exactly as described, clean, modern, in a safe and convenient area with wonderful views of the Sound. The street noise is quite loud, so it is near impossible to open the windows - day or night. The bedroom shades are also quite sheer, so it is quite light especially in the mornings. I would recommend a good light blocking sleep mask and good ear plugs if you want a full sleep. Everything else about the property was excellent, so these are not too annoying if you arrive prepared. There is not luggage storage on property, but there is a very convenient Bounce service just a couple of doors away that we utilized and it was perfect! We would stay here again when visiting the harbor.

The place was spotless, fully stocked with anything you would need. The beds were comfortable, laundry in the unit,, check in was easy. The unit offers a great view of the Sound and is within a mile of all the major tourist spots. Great spot.

This was an exceptional place to stay from beginning to end. Alex and Jose are wonderful hosts and very responsive to changing circumstances that we encountered on our end. The view is fabulous, the location is right in the center of walking distance to everywhere downtown so we didn't even use our car! The beds are amazing, including even the sleeper sofa (which is unusual!). It is clean, well appointed and a delightful welcoming place for a Seattle sojourn. I would definitely stay there again!

This was a great spot near multiple fun activities including the space needle and Pikes Market. The owners were easy to get in touch with and very understanding when we had our dates mixed up and needed a little extra time to check out. There is a great bakery that is a must visit on the bottom floor of the apt building. Overall great place, beautiful view of the water and lots of great stuff nearby!

This condo downtown Seattle has stunning views. The property was clean and newish looking. The hosts were prompt, clear and concise with their communication. Check in was seamless. The only knock against the property is how loud it is in that area of town. There's nothing the host can do about it, but, it is very loud on the weekends.

We understand all the “10” reviews, and can agree with them to the greater extent, but here’s our experience:We texted “Simon” (the greeter we were told to contact) when we got off the plane, again as we exited the light rail, and again when we reached the unit—all with an accurate ETA. Each text was acknowledged, and we were told to wait out front on the sidewalk for five minutes—which was fine.But after six hours of travel, standing there with our luggage and nowhere to sit, we waited… After fifteen minutes, we called and left a message. Simon texted back, “I’ll be there in 4.” Fifteen minutes later—thirty minutes after our arrival—an elderly gentleman, not Simon but a local resident, showed up and let us in. We never met Simon.A thirty-minute wait would’ve been fine if we’d been told upfront. We could’ve sat at the bar next door and relaxed. Instead, we stood there expecting Simon to appear any minute.The owners did apologize, but what they really need is a more reliable—and honest—greeter.Sidenote: the view of the sunset over Puget Sound almost made up for the whole experience…and, we would stay here again. Perfect for 2 couples. We walked EVERYWHERE!
