The host was great and responded quickly to any questions I had. The room was clean, as well as the common spaces, they were clean and comfortable. The house is right across from a bus stop, which was super convenient since I used public transport during my stay, and it was only a 5-10 min ride either direction to get to restaurants or shops or downtown. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is wanting to visit Seattle!

It was a good place to stay for a decent price. About a 15-20 minute bus ride down to the city with a bus stop across the street. Host was very quick when answering messages or questions. My only complaint would be that the floors were a little dirty and could’ve been cleaned better before arrival. It is a very small unit perfect for 1-2 people.

Don’t stay here if you’re disabled at all

The property is a shared space. You will share the living area and kitchen. You have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to your room. There is no parking at the property. You’ll have to park many blocks away or pay to park about a .5-1 mile away. If you have health conditions please don’t book here. I was unaware of the above situations and did not stay one night there. I was unable to make it up the flights of stairs. I let the person know this and was still unable to get a refund or even a partial refund.

After only 15-20 minutes our car got towed. We parked in the driveway that looked like a proper place to park. It cost $300 dollars to get the tow truck driver to drop it. When we called the off site management number they said oh it's in the brochure that we needed to park on the street. Which there was no parking spaces for almost a mile away. They should have signs up saying that you can't park in the driveway! Then while we were in the room the air conditioner was leaking and we used one of the provided towels. When we asked about getting another one they said that they would talk to the cleaner but never seen anyone. The whole time we were there everyone who came to stay was as confused as we were when we got there. We had multiple people walk into our room. Its a shared kitchen and living room.

Amazing place! Very modern, private, and clean. Not far from downtown Seattle (10-15mins) and the host was very responsive! Definitely recommend for a trip to WA!

When you find the address, the room is actually behind the building on the street. Our room was up two fights of stairs. It’s a very nice and clean room.

First time I encountered an all internet stay and was not ready for it.Had not another guest let me in , I would have spent an hour on the sidewalk trying to figure out how to get in! The property uses the internet to get a confirmation of the $200 security deposit.At all of the several hundred check ins I have done in the past ,I give my credit card and they run it.Here they use an unfamiliar means of having the credit card company confirming I ok the charge .Not being familiar with this process it took about 8 times to finally get the deposit oked.Will probably check next time if all internet and avoid.This did not come across in the comments on the website.
