This property was a dream come true. It has a truly spectacular view. I appreciated the supply of basic necessities so we didn’t have to buy them. The location is ideal and within easy walking distance of so many things. The parking was secure and safe. I would stay here again any time!

View during the day and at night was spectacular. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms with laundry and a kitchen for a vacation was amazing. Great location in Seattle to enjoy everything we came to see.

We loved the apartment at Newmark. The views are simply among the best in downtown Seattle, the market is a 1 minute walk away, Target is even closer. There’s been a lot of attention paid to safety in Seattle recently and we didn’t have any concerns with that either. The paperwork offline the booking site was a hassle, and communication between the on site host and owner seemed to fall a little short. And there are extra cleaning fees and a deposit you’ll have to pay as well. The only issue with the property condition is the carpet. It’s old and needs to be replaced. It really is a 5 star location and apartment,but the carpets don’t reflect that well and make the place feel a little dated. All that said, I do still very highly recommend this property for your. Is it to Seattle. It is truly a special place that lets you experience Seattle in a way that few get to enjoy.

We had an amazing stay! The check-in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly attentive, checking in to make sure we were settled and providing a detailed digital guidebook that covered everything we needed to know. One of the best parts of our stay was the spectacular sea view – The space itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with all the amenities we could want, and well-thought-out details to make us feel at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options, and the host was always available. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and quick responses. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic, worry-free stay!
