Hi there, Welcome to our home! The space is styled contemporary modern, and will feel like your home away from home, in Seattle. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Excellent location! Right smack in the middle of Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood, just a few minutes in either direction to Fremont, Ballard, South Lake Union, and of course the Space Needle! Ideal for large families, group travel, couples, and business travelers. You can comfortably sleep 12 people, and entertain a few more if you so desire! Please see our strict house rules in place to keep the highest quality for all of our guests: -No smoking or use of drugs allowed -No parties or events allowed (must be pre-cleared with Host/Property Owner, insurance deposit required) -Check-in time 4pm onwards -No extra/overnight guests (Have more guests than listed in reservation or if the number doesn’t match we reserve the right to cancel reservation) -No mail delivered here ( unless personally arranged head of time) -No moving/rearranging furnitures -No unplugging all the electronics like TVs, lamps, etc. -No pets unless specifically allowed during booking -No disrespecting/disturbing the neighbors -No loud music after 8 pm -11am is check out time

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
