Beach aspect was great. But had to go about 4 miles away to an affiliated hotel to get access. And the clerk must have clumped all renters in one end of the small facility for housekeeping purposes. And with paper-thin walls and floor/ceilings for sound you heard EVERY STEP AND SNORE AND DOOR AND TV ! So glad I only stayed one night! Can only imagine when full in high summer season (I was there in December) ps I even have a hearing deficit and could hear everything without my aids)

We were blessed with the previous guest's trash. The space heater did not work. This place is tired and in obvious need of refurbishing. This place just sceams chintzy. It looksLook out for the "Hot chocolate" it could hurt you.

Check in progress was simple but you do have to go to a separate location to get your keys. Room was clean and the well stocked kitchenette was a lovely surprise. View and location is unparalleled. The entire family loved it.

My stay was good. Only a couple of things. I booked a room with a tub but must of been given the ada room. It was fine since I was only there 1 night. The shower didn't have a lot of pressure. The one thing that really bothered me was the housekeeper knocking on my door at 930. There wasn't a do not disturb sign. However they could of checked the parking lot to notice I was still there.

Very nice room. Nice views of ocean. Direct access to walk out to the beach. Area was real quiet. No issues with room. Room did not have AC (we are from Texas) but we left the sliding door open and it made it comfortable. Room had fireplace and small heaters in the wall. Lady we picked up the keys from was really nice. Would recommend.

The room was in good condition. There's no management on the property, but housekeeping people were nice. The room set up was off. The ice machine did not work. The room faces the ocean, but you can't see the ocean because of the burm infront of the room. The advertising was misleading.

We had a bottom floor room. About 10 units in total so not a big complex. Room had a view of ocean even with Sand dunes in front. Room overall clean. Needs a couple updates and replacements such as the wall heaters and screen door. Had new flooring vs carpet which was nice. Shower had plenty of pressure. Cleaning staff refiiled our coffee area and brought fresh towels without having to request it. On bottom floor so could hear a little walking and toilet flush. But not a distraction. Had a nice walk out deck with sitting areas for views. About 5 minute walk to downtown on the promenade which us just outside the building. Overall quite. Location is good. Beds were a little firm but slept fine. Couch was clean and had a table to sit enjoy dinner and views. Internet lagged at times but not annoying and not there to watch T.V. anyways. Internet was secure which is good. Check in was easy and quick, though checkin was a about a mile away and not at the building itself. Check out easy as well. Overall enjoyed our stay here and would stay again when coming back to Seaside.
