Two bathrooms, only one roll of toilet paper... booked for two nights, only one serving of coffee in the room. Not to mention that, even at $500 a night, they still wanted to charge me $15 for WiFi. Who charges for WiFi in 2019?
Nice hotel near to beach and very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Very nice coffee shop within the resort.
I was excited to find a reservation on Orbitz for one of our Exchange locations with Wyndham but boy always call and check about your reservation EVEN IF it says you don't need to. I wanted to send a "Finals munchie basket" to my kids and called to find out I had no reservation. 3 days later, I called Orbitz and talked to a Supervisor myself (The hotel kept saying they were "talking to their management" to find the owner) Ultimately, the owner received my confirmation for the Orbitz reservation, not me and not Wyndham. 3 days of stress and no apologies, or anything to include when I check in at 8pm the hotel didn't even know, care and said it "happens ALL the time"-- really??? I probably wont waste any of my exchange points when we really wanted to enjoy the pool, close to downtime and ocean all within 100ft. Good Luck with your experience, ours was not great at all.
Best place in seaside to stay. close to everything and right on the beach. Great pool and activity/rec room. Very friendly and helpful staff.
