The room was clean and very comfortable. The problem was that the hotel put my wife and i underneath a family of small children. There was very little peace for the 2 nights we stayed there. In the future we would appreciate being accommodated away from the pool. Again we really like your hotel, we stayed labor day 2024 for two nights and it was $1200.00

This was our second fall/winter trip where we stayed at Rivertide...we will be back for a third. The staff are nice, the rooms clean, and location is right and spacious too. The only critique we have is the breakfast. We're glad they offer breakfast but think it could benefit from a little upgrade. Nonetheless we certainly recommend you consider giving this spot a shot.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The coffee pot was fairly awful. It was tiny and made coffee that did not taste good. Nice shower with a jetted tub and all the ammenities for a suite. We had a studio suite which is very small...but cute.

The rooms were clean and well accommodated. The staff were absolutely lovely. The location was perfect for walking around to shops and the beach. We got lucky with going the night of seaside’s holiday parade and the hotel was right at start of the parade route. Looking forward to our next stay already!

Wife and I stayed for 5 nights and we enjoyed our visit. Downtown was just a few minutes walk from this hotel. There was ample parking and we felt safe and secure. Breakfast didn't offer very much however we had a full kitchen to fix our meals and the area has several very nice restaurants. We'd be happy to stay here again.
