This property meets the standards of motel 6. The furniture is old but the room is clean. The window blocks the traffic noises very well.

This was probably one of the worst Motel 6 properties I have ever stayed at. I rented a room and my mom rented a room, and both rooms were not the best. My mom’s room had such a strong cleaning smell that made us open windows so we could breathe. The smell was so strong it gave us both a headache. The floors were slippery in her room as well. The only issue with my room was stains on the bed. I most likely won’t book with this Motel 6 again.
303 dollars and the room was a mess and even had a used cigarette under the fridge. And left over pizza and milk in the fridge. The next night we stayed down the way with a fancy 2 bedroom and a kitchen with a living room for 280$ and it was amazing! Motel 6 beds were trash, dirty and loud. Terrible and ridiculous for the price even booked months in advance.
On a road trip we booked this last minute for 4th of July, called and they let us do an early check in. The room was clean, staff friendly. Overall it was a great stay
The room amenities were old and in need of repair, room was not furnished with any art or decorations. Room was advertised with a queen bed, actually was a full (smaller). We will not be a return customer for this property.
Quite friendly staff. Only thing I didn’t care for was the pet area was a big smoking area for people and that wasn’t great to have to walk though with my baby.
At about $130 plus tax a night, the Motel 6 at Seaside was by far the cheapest fair in the area or near Cannon Beach. And it was almost sold out! The friendly front desk person cordially checked us in, and all was copacetic until we crossed through the hallway and in to our room. Minimal, but not like Ikea minimal, just cheaply appointed. Yes, there was a TV, a microwave, a bed, a bathroom and yes it smelled of ammonia like it was being kept to COVID cleanliness standards, but still, creepy is what comes to mind. That said, we slept OK, no bed bugs and we got out alive.
The staff was great! Room was bare and smelled bad I found a dirty old shoe under the covers, the floor was dirty and the window wasn’t secure. I hate leaving bad reviews but then again maybe the staff was short because of COVID.
Shower had hair in it left from a previous guest. Also there was plenty of mold across the top of shower and wall in room 123. Room is half empty. Could use a small chair or couch. Above the bed is painting markings of a picture being there, but not there. Also the bed made so much noise, toss and turn. Wake your partner up. Squeeky beyond belief. Not worth the low prices at all. Their parking lot is too small, but you are allowed to park next door. Such poor lighting in the outside parking area. Be careful
The room had everything I needed. I didn’t expect there to be a refrigerator and microwave, but they were there! Lady came and fixed my tv, and was very nice to give me a quieter section for my room.
