Overall we had a really great stay. My son loved the pool and the room was comfortable. The staff were nice. The only thing that could use improving is the continental breakfast and there was no where to hang our wet towels in our room. Also, cleaning every day instead of every 3 days would be better. When we pay for a hotel we expect the whole experience, cleaning included.
Really nice property, clean, not far from sea and restaurants, good breakfast, they give free freshly baked cookies at 2:00 pm, and smoked salmon chowder soup at 5:00 pm, which is really nice of them, and everything tastes good. Thank you.
We often stay at the Kathryn and probably will in the future. The property has been getting a little more rundown and feeling not as good as they used to be but still good.
The room was very comfortable and the patio overlooking the river was amazing. The pool and hot tub was enjoyable. The pet area provided was a small patch of dirt was disappointing. However there was other areas within walking distance. Not a fan of Keurig coffee maker. Weak cold brew of medium roast isn't our cup of tea.
Super clean hotel in a great location. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Good salmon chowder provided as well as water infused with fruits-cofee and juices available 24/7. Parking is a little tight as beachgoers tend to use the lot for their personal use. Would love to stay here again.

This hotel is close to everything you want in Seaside! The rooms are super nice, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve used recently, and the included breakfasts was pretty darn good.

Great room on the river. They allowed my little Norwich Terrier which was important. Walked across the parking lot to Doogers for a really good fish and sweet potato fries dinner with friends. Will stay again.
