My room was clean and nice. The hotel is under construction and people working all over inside the hotel. Very bad wi fi connection. I have to walk every time to the lobby to try to connect. When I checked out, i ask the lady for a printed receipt and SHE DIDN’T give that. She told me to ask Orbitz site for that. Very rude lady. I’m still without that invoice with the charges made by the hotel. Very disappointed ☹️

Property. Under renovations which provided nice new clean room but parking nightmare had to wade thru construction debris to get to continental breakfast unprofessional staff applying make up.while sitting on floor behind service desk in lobby also my debit card card charged for incidentals which i never incurred never appeared on final bill was never explained of charge and to date still deducted from my debit card account

Rundown. Dirty elevator!! Didnt say on your site that the pool was closed. Wont book there again. Have stayed in the past. Way overpriced for what you get. No thanks. Very disappointed!!-

The location is great. They are doing many renovations and I am sure that will make the hotel even more pleasant. Extremely comfortable bed.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It continues to decline in cleanliness and lack of attention to updating. Had to request different room, carpets were filthy, ac unit very noisy etc. Elevators had continuos clumps of dirt from local construction workers staying at hotel. New room had bad odor. Won’t stay there next time.

The staff was very courteous. There was no problem with me getting there about an hour earlier then check in time. The coffee in the lobby came in very handy after a 2 1/2 hour drive. I was in my room five minutes after arrival. I’ll be sure to visit again , Thanks

Convenient, reasonable and quiet. Breakfast ok but selections need to be increased and seating area definitely needs update.

Clean, comfortable and centrally located the the Scranton WB area. Convenient to drugstore and supermarkets. Has their own comedy show/lounge. Provides a continental breakfast for real hours and coffee all the time.

Nice place for the price and close to everything.

We were staying in town to attend a funeral so this was not a fun trip. The one thing our kids were looking forward to was going in the indoor pool. The hotel was nice and clean as was our room. We all rushed to get our bathing suits on since we had an hr to kill before the wake. We walk into the pool area which was ok and clean and the pool looked inviting. I was first to jump in and let out a shriek that would have made any horror movie fan proud. The pool had to be about 40degrees. I called the front desk while shivering and they said they would come check it. Aftet about 20 minutes of two guys tinkering in the filter room they emerge and say ok there was a tripped breaker and the pool should warm up in a few hours. Our kids were dissappointed as we went to our room to change. We got back to the hotel a few hours later and the kids rushed to get changed again to go swimming since we had an hour left before they close the pool. We get to the pool door and its locked and the lights are off. Again the kids are upset as we go back upstairs and go to bed. We checkout in the morning and I tell the person at the front counter that I am not happy. He said there is nothing he can do and gives me a business card of the hotel manager and says have a good day without a shred of apathy.

Have stayed at this hotel a few times. It's a very convenient location, a reasonable price and has clean rooms. I also believe it is pet friendly but I have never had the opportunity to have my dogs with me when I travel this direction. My niece and nephew also love that it is located across the street from Krispy Kreme donuts!

Bed was uncomfortable for me but my wife liked it Breakfast was good

Good location but well worn. Hallway smells of smoke.

We are over the road truck drivers and when we explained that we didn't have to deliver until 10pm the night we were checking out they let us check out late. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. Will definitely be staying again when we do this load

they need to bring there menu up to date. the bread was dry each and every morning . we stayed only four nights and opted to eat breakfast out after we had visited the messhall. the bathtub was not usable because of the plug was not in place. the window would not open. the electrical out lets were assesible if you moved the chest of drawers. need i go on?
