Had to be at hospital at 6:00 AM so didnt get to have breakfast. Coffee in room was good. Really like having refrig and microwave in room. Also like washers/dryers available. Staff was very helpful insuring handicap accessible room and shower seat in room. Second time staying here night before surgery and both times worked out great.

We had to switch rooms 3 times. Hotel at half capacity and we were on time at check-in. Room number one had no curtain, plugged drain and broken leaking fridge. Put in front of building facing noisy highway. Room number 2 had bugs in bathroom and pubic haur in shower. Room 3 we stayed even though noisy and non functioning heating unit. Blew cold air. Bedding super thin- no comforter. Mattresses and pillows comfortable. Bfast was very nice. Enjoyed the coffee, tea and cocoa station in lobby.

The only negative about our stay was toilet clogging over the weekend and no maintenance person, so we were provided with a plunger and we eventually got toilet working. Deacon's Tavern had a nice selection of beverages & pub food.

Check in was a nightmare. They couldn’t “find” my reservation even with me showing them my confirmation number and Expedia booking information. Then once they had that resolved they couldn’t get my payment to go through so they sent me to my room and said to deal with it at check out since it was 10 p.m and I had a sleeping 2 year old. After that around 11:30 p.m they proceeded to call my room 3 or 4 times to tell me they changed my reservation and charged my card while my wife and child are sleeping. I was very unhappy with this experience…
