A gorgeous retreat for your well-deserved getaway - just a few steps from the beach, harbor & bay: bright open-concept & high-ceiling entertainment space w/skylights, 3 bedrooms each with private access from the deck, 2 full bathrooms & 1 outdoor shower, a refreshing pool, a relaxing hot tub in a beautiful garden, indispensable central air, Sonos system, wine fridge, and a multi-level deck for lounging w/amazing views from the rooftop.

While children are allowed, this house is not childproofed and adult supervision is mandatory in all areas of the property.

Peak Season (May through September): Thursday to Thursday Weekly Rentals

INCREDIBLE home with an AMAZING host!

Ricardo's home was absolutely stunning, and exactly what we wanted from our weeklong stay in FIP! The house was perfect for our group of friends, with a spacious kitchen well-suited for family meals. The house was stocked full of all the essentials you would need (kitchen appliances/pans, towels, basic food items, TVs, Sonos sound system, etc). Believe or not, the place was even nicer in person—feeling incredibly modern, clean, and spacious! Ricardo was also an incredible host! Any concerns/questions we had were answered in a timely manner, and he went above and beyond a number of times to ensure our stay was perfect. We had such a wonderful experience, my friends and I have even discussed returning next year for another visit. Would highly recommend this beautiful home for your stay in FIP!

FABULOUS Stay for Invasion ‘22! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Ricardo’s space is absolutely stunning! Our group had the best time enjoying the outdoor space, cooking family meals with the very well stocked kitchen, and watching movies after nights out. Ricardo is a great guy and we felt very taken care of the entire trip. Would HIGHLY recommend for a short or long stay while enjoying your time at the Pines. 10/10.
