You will have exclusive and private access to the entire property during your stay. This includes all four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, the spacious living room, the modern kitchen, and the dedicated laundry room. Outdoors, you are invited to enjoy your own private sanctuary featuring the oversized heated pool, soothing hot tub, and outdoor shower. You also have full use of the dining terrace, fire pit area, and all exterior lounge furniture. The home is completely private for your group, ensuring a secluded and relaxing getaway.

Whether you are looking to spend your days lounging on the pristine sandy beaches just a few minutes away or socializing at the iconic harbor clubs, everything you need is easily accessible by foot, ensuring a relaxing and carefree vacation.
Getting Around:
Fire Island Pines is a unique car free community which means your journey is part of the adventure. To reach our home, you will take a ferry from Sayville to the Fire Island Pines harbor. The ferry ride is a scenic twenty minute trip across the Great South Bay. Once you arrive at the harbor, our property is just a short and pleasant walk away. Please note that there are no cars allowed on the island, so you will want to pack light or use a luggage cart available at the ferry terminal. If you are arriving by train, the Long Island Rail Road provides service to the Sayville station, where you can take a quick taxi or rideshare to the ferry terminal. Parking is available at the Sayville ferry terminal for those driving to the area.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please note that check in time is at 16:00 and check out time is at 10:00. This is a non smoking property and we do not host events or parties. While we welcome pets, please be aware that additional charges may apply, so kindly reach out to us in advance if you plan to bring a furry friend. Guests are required to adhere to our house rules regarding noise levels and the proper care of our newly renovated home. As Fire Island Pines is a car free community, please plan your ferry travel accordingly and pack light for the walk to the house.
