Loved being on the river with the historic district only a block away! Beautiful evening on the rooftop bar watching the evening lights on the river... Staffers were wonderful - friendly and helpful

Nice hotel. Rooms are a little small. I don’t recommend getting a balcony, not worth it! They use an air freshener that is very strong! Didn’t care for that! Rooftop bar is awesome!

The location

It was amazing!! The elevator took.your straight down to River Street!! Will definitely be back!!

Direct access to the shops and the River walk good location on the river.

Smelled good. Nice and clean. In tye middle of everythung.

Beautiful! Great location! Walking distance to most attractions.

This hotel sits directly on the river, which is nice, but the lack of parking is terrible. We paid for valet parking but waited around 30-45 minutes to get our car when we were ready to go. The rooms were nice but our a/c unit dripped all night into the hardwood floor. No amenities to speak of unless you count the keurig in the lobby which you had to hold the lid down in order for it to work (and WiFi, but really?). The rooftop bar was nice and had a large wrap around patio, and the restaurant at the bottom accommodated us as a large group of 40 something’s celebrating a birthday in Savannah. Overall not bad, but I feel the price was a deterrent with no extras included.

The roof top bar and guest lounge is beautiful. What I thought was lacking was the lack of a refrigerator and even microwave in the room. The workout room had no weights and trying to check in late at night involved having to call from the hotel to get someone to come out of the office and help. There were no bells or a way to get in contact with someone to check in despite having called before to let them know I’d require a late check in. All in all the hotel was nice but not what I consider a four star experience.

The location is great- definitely get a room facing the river. Rooms are tiny and it gets noisy. But very comfortable hotel and overall recommend.

The Cotton Sail Hotel is in the perfect location to be able to walk everywhere in the Historic District as well as viewing the majestic river. I feel like I was walking into the a time capsule, which was lovely. I love that they kept the original hardwood floor with big windows. I am not sure a refrigerator was not automatically available in every room. I know we can ask for it, but I do not want the extra charge. And I wish the windows and curtains were be dust more .... it seems to be more dustier than other part of the room. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

Great location by the river but the room smelled like mold. Also, there was no printer to print anything from their one computer in their “business center.”

Clean spacious room, excellent staff, easy access to Riverfront, rooftop terrace is awesome. We only stayed one night while travelling home from another destination, but would love to return for a longer stay.

Wonderful place. This was second visit. View from top deck beautiful

Was disappointed in room service; had to ask for fresh shampoo, conditioner, etc. Also, valet was not always available; out to lunch, on break, etc.

Very nice place - parking is scarce. If you choose to valet it will be an extra $30 per day.
