The Lynwood Collection on Forsyth is located on Historic Gaston Street and has been renovated top-to-bottom. Coastal decor ties the space together and creates an inviting space for guests to relax. Enjoy morning or evening strolls beneath the Spanish moss trees, and start your adventure discovering all Savannah has to offer.

Entering on the second floor, you will be provided a secure key code unique to your stay, that ensures safe entry as you check in to your home away from home. Nestle into your coastal digs by gathering together in the living space fitted with a flat screen TV. Guests are welcome to access their streaming favorites like Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime. A half-bath has been tucked between the kitchen, and living room, ideal for guests who will be using the queen-size sleeper sofa.

The bright and airy kitchen features an ample amount of counter space, including a large island that can seat your entire group. The best part of this unit is the location - right next to Forsyth Park and central to most attractions in downtown Savannah. The unit was clean and functional. It is perfect for 3 people or a family of 4. There is one parking space which is awesome. Everything work, but it feels like a rental. The quality of towels, linens, kitchen utensils, basically everything feels low cost. This is understandable as it is a rental, however upgrading these touch items would make this a 5-star gem.

The property was in a convenient location to historic homes, restaurants, and Forsythe Park. Parking was a tight squeeze but manageable. We had issues with TV remotes not working well. If you stay here bring your own hand soap and trash bags, as none was provided. Shower drains were slow. Ceiling light/fan in the rear bedroom, the chain is broken so hard to have light and fan on at the same time.Need to add slip strips to stairs both inside and outside.

The townhouse was so nice! The kitchen was well stocked was so bright when we arrived. Walking through we realized the photos on the website were spot on! The living room was comfortable and spacious. Both bedroom were great and having a bathroom for each a huge plus. White fluffy towels were great too! Being so close to Forsyth Park and the historic district made exploring Savannah easy.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. Beautiful surrounding. Parking was a plus but very tight. Laundry was good. Washer needs replaced (bearing noises) Host was very good and responded quickly. Two areas needs improvement :1. VERY DiRTY RUGS both in living area and bathrooms. 2. VERY LITTLE COOKING PANS and UTENSILS. If you are planning to eat in rental know to bring your own supplies and all condiments.Master bathroom is VERY small.

Clean, enjoyable, perfect location

This property was perfect for our trip. The unit was super clean and comfortable. Location was great, right next to Forsyth Park. Super close to all sightseeing areas of Savannah. We were able to walk to see all the historic squares and all the way to Riverstreet.
