The staff were all very pleasant to interact with, my room was spotless and the pool area was clean and welcoming. I would welcome the addition of a bike to the exercise room - but otherwise a great facility. I needed additional assistance getting some boxes from my car to my room and staff kindly allowed me to borrow a cart to get them to my room.
I am a very well travelled and loyal spg member. This is one of the few hotels that actually take the time to look at spg 100 night ambassadors profiles and follow through with their requests. It’s in my spg ambassador profile that I request extra bottles of water and the majority of the hotels ignore my request, however not this one. They always follow through and go above and beyond for their loyal guests. This certainly doesn’t go unnoticed! I stayed here for one night (I’ve stayed here a few times over the years) and I did not receive an upgrade as they were completely sold out, however I really didn’t care. Rooms are spotless, service is a 12/10 and the location of the hotel is great. What more could one ask for? A job well done to all staff and hotel management from a very seasoned and loyal spg member. I wish all spg properties were like yours.
I stayed at this hotel for a week and had some of the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel while on business trips. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and at one point even track down a business associate when I couldn't reach them in their room. The in-house restaurant does great breakfast I don't take too long to prepare in the morning I especially liked their omelettes. There's also a beer/liquor off sale attached to the hotel which is extremely convenient. The room I had included a bar fridge microwave coffeemaker iron king size bed flat screen TV free Wi-Fi in the bedding was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately I forgot to bring a bathing suit but my colleagues did and enjoy the hot tub and pool. The location is ideal with a gas station nearby multiple restaurants and shopping locations. It is also located very close to the trans Canada Highway. It's only about 10 km from the downtown core and I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I'm in the area. One really cool point about this hotel that I liked was the ability to refuse room cleaning in exchange for five Dollar coupons that you could use at the restaurant.
We went to Saskatoon to go to a 50's & 60's Tribute Show. The Four Points by Sheraton was nice and close to the place we had to go to (the German Cultural Center). Only 7 minutes away. The hotel was very very clean. We were impressed with that right away. Our room was very nice as well. Lots of room in it with a good sized bathroom. No bathtub but a very nice shower. The little restaurant has quite good food and is not to badly priced. Pool and hot tub as well. We had a nice time there.
A super hotel to stay at. Easy check in and out , very friendly staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.Great resturaunt in the hotel for breakfast and a price that is easy to live with , a pool for everyone to enjoy. I will stay here again when in Saskatoon.and very large rooms that is a bonus.
I needed a place to stay south of the city. Didn't want to be close to the airport. We arrived late in the evening. Found the room very comfortable. Clean bathroom. We had a good sleep and enjoyed the free breakfast. If I need a place to spend a night again in Saskatoon, I would come back.
We specifically chose this hotel because of the fun slides for our kids. But we soon came to regret that. At check in the front desk supervisor was not friendly. Very abrupt. Perhaps she needs a customer service course refresher to remind her of the hospitality industry she is in. Room was ok. Looked cleaned. Bathroom shower door , no tub, did not close properly letting out water , which became pools of water on the bathroom floor. Air conditioner was not strong enough. Even when we did set it to the cool temperature we wanted for the night, it did feel warmer. Also, lots of questionable people hanging around the hallway of our floor. We don't know why the were sitting around the hallway out of their rooms. As for the pool, other kids were left unattended, And soon became rowdy. At 11 pm we could still hear kids running up and down the hallway, and again at 6 am. Only good thing was the breakfast. We got a coupon for 2 for their breakfast, through booking with Expedia, at their restaurant. We soon found out there was a dollar value to the coupon and we could order anything on their menu that covered the value of the coupon, and if it exceeded we paid the difference. Food was good. Overall, I would not return to this hotel, nor would I recommend to anyone.
We stayed one night, on the pro side the hotel is clean, the rooms comfortable (if a bit less insulated that seemed normal) and very spacious. It is also close the many big box stores and the exhibition grounds. On the con side we picked this hotel because it boast available roll away cots (there are five of us) and an included breakfast. When we arrived there was no cot in the room so I called down and was told those were on a first come bases (not something I was told at reservation when I reserved a cot, nor were they polite enough to mention anything at check in) the front desk eventually hunted up a blow up mattress so that was solved. The other issue was the breakfast. Apparently it was only a promotion of breakfast for two, but Expedia just had a higher rate option (which I chose) that stated "breakfast included" I showed this to the front desk and they gave me the extra coupons.
The hotel was nice, clean and close to everything. The staff at the front desk was fast and courteous. Rooms were a little small. Pool area was a fun time for the kids. The restaurant in the building had an okay breakfast.
We spent the night at the 4 Points and we were very happy with our stay. The staff were very helpful and did their best to fill room requests and answer questions. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had lots of space. Not the best view (a mall or the back or a neighboring hotel) and no continental breakfast but there was pretty much anything else you could want and if they didn't have it it could probably be found nearby. The only problems with our room were that the a/c was really noisy and the shower door didn't close all the way.
