This hotel is a wood frame building which means when there is running in the hallways it vibrates and echos throughout. A young children's ringette tournament was being held and the children were left to run rampant in the hallways. I called down to the front desk around 8 PM asking that they take care of the issue. As of 9 PM nothing had been done so I opened the door and saw a parent and asked if they could get the children back to their rooms. At this point I realized he was staggering drunk and it went sideways real fast. He eventually threatened me and his wife dragged him away or he may have attacked me. I called down to the front desk again asking for management. As I was on the phone my door was kicked violently so in essence was threatened twice. I asked for management and was advised no one was in so that management would talk with me in the morning. 5 days later I finally got a phone call. What a terribly run hotel! I was offered a half night refund and after detailing my story was offered a full night refund. I was there for 2 nights. I really don't care about the refund. What I care about is that as a guest I feel that I am safe and that management is concerned enough to respond quickly. I do not recommend this hotel. If you want a quiet nights stay this is NOT the place. Especially on weekends.

The hotel was fine and I would give it a good review if I had been charged the $116.00 I was quoted. Due to a mix up I had to pay more Han twice that and could not get it resolved. And at that inflated price still no continnental breakfast.

About what I expected. Clean, spacious room, good quality beds and bedding. Work desk, arm chair, free WiFi, big screen TV, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Shower, no tub in bathroom. A comfortable midrange room. A modest pool and fitness centre. Front desk folks at check in were business-like but not cheery, whereas a nice cheery chap at check out. A new hotel, but already showing some wear and tear. 'Interesting' frozen dead tropical plants in the outside planters ... oh my! you're in Saskatchewan, not Florida! Plenty of parking. Hotel is next to 2 box store malls with good alternatives to the hotel restaurant. Easy access off Circle Drive / hwy 11. If you're expecting the Sheraton, look elsewhere. More like a Motel 6 or Super 8, but a little nicer.

Close to freeway for easy access to Prairieland Exhibition Park. Restaurant serves good breakfast but probably could get free breakfast at comparable Hampton or Hilton garden Inn. Close to several pubs and other restaurants, easy walk. Attached small bar and also liquor store. No complaints but maybe a little pricey for an average corporate chain hotel with no free breakfast etc.

The Four Points in Saskatoon is a little out of the way from downtown, but has nice staff and is clean. There is lots of free parking and amenities nearby. If you are in town for a few days this is a nice place to stay.

The staff were all very pleasant to interact with, my room was spotless and the pool area was clean and welcoming. I would welcome the addition of a bike to the exercise room - but otherwise a great facility. I needed additional assistance getting some boxes from my car to my room and staff kindly allowed me to borrow a cart to get them to my room.

I am a very well travelled and loyal spg member. This is one of the few hotels that actually take the time to look at spg 100 night ambassadors profiles and follow through with their requests. It’s in my spg ambassador profile that I request extra bottles of water and the majority of the hotels ignore my request, however not this one. They always follow through and go above and beyond for their loyal guests. This certainly doesn’t go unnoticed! I stayed here for one night (I’ve stayed here a few times over the years) and I did not receive an upgrade as they were completely sold out, however I really didn’t care. Rooms are spotless, service is a 12/10 and the location of the hotel is great. What more could one ask for? A job well done to all staff and hotel management from a very seasoned and loyal spg member. I wish all spg properties were like yours.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and had some of the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel while on business trips. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and at one point even track down a business associate when I couldn't reach them in their room. The in-house restaurant does great breakfast I don't take too long to prepare in the morning I especially liked their omelettes. There's also a beer/liquor off sale attached to the hotel which is extremely convenient. The room I had included a bar fridge microwave coffeemaker iron king size bed flat screen TV free Wi-Fi in the bedding was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately I forgot to bring a bathing suit but my colleagues did and enjoy the hot tub and pool. The location is ideal with a gas station nearby multiple restaurants and shopping locations. It is also located very close to the trans Canada Highway. It's only about 10 km from the downtown core and I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I'm in the area. One really cool point about this hotel that I liked was the ability to refuse room cleaning in exchange for five Dollar coupons that you could use at the restaurant.

We went to Saskatoon to go to a 50's & 60's Tribute Show. The Four Points by Sheraton was nice and close to the place we had to go to (the German Cultural Center). Only 7 minutes away. The hotel was very very clean. We were impressed with that right away. Our room was very nice as well. Lots of room in it with a good sized bathroom. No bathtub but a very nice shower. The little restaurant has quite good food and is not to badly priced. Pool and hot tub as well. We had a nice time there.

A super hotel to stay at. Easy check in and out , very friendly staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.Great resturaunt in the hotel for breakfast and a price that is easy to live with , a pool for everyone to enjoy. I will stay here again when in Saskatoon.and very large rooms that is a bonus.
