I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. Both rooms (626 and 721) had a strong stench in the toilet, which we suspect was coming from the floor. The rooms were also dirty and rundown, making the stay very uncomfortable. In addition, the service at the reception counter was very poor. When we requested assistance to book taxis, the staff simply said that taxis were fully booked without making any apparent effort to check or assist further. This lack of initiative and professionalism was disappointing. Overall, this stay did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or service. I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly.

Older style hotel however the location is good, mid way between Sapporo Station and Odori Park, both walkable. Lots of restaurants nearby which made it very convenient especially when it was snowing!

English speaking, hospitality staff.

I was traveling with my wife and three grandchildren and became sick while I was in Japan. The hotel called a taxi for me and had the taxi take me to a Japanese health clinic where I met an English speaking Japanese Doctor Who was able to diagnose my condition, and prescribe medication for me. This is the best hotel that I have ever been in.
