From arrival to departure, our accommodations was fully exceeded. Picked up at the airport (additional fee but worth it, especially when traveling with family) without any issues. Greeted by a nice gentleman who carried our heavy checked in luggage like it was nothing down numerous flights of stairs. Promptly showed our room and all the amenities inside and within the property. All the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. The cleaning woman was the kindest woman we met the entire 3 week trip across Europe. The private indoor pool in the bathroom is a huge benefit and my less than one year old daughter loved playing inside a pool for the first time. Several other outdoor pools were a nice feature to watch the sunset and enjoy the outdoors. I would say the only downside is that having a heated pool in your room makes it really humid and the room does not have air conditioning. Luckily it was cool when we were there but was still crazy humid inside. Small flaw that is overshadowed by the great experience we had. Thanks Sophia Luxury Suites!!

This was the absolute best hotel we’ve stayed at. The room was perfect and the view was breathtaking! The staff was respectful of our privacy but very accomadating of whatever we needed or wanted. The breakfast was simply amazing. I can’t say enough how perfect this hotel and staff made our stay in Santorini.

This place was so charming. Each room is unique. We stayed in the Enigma suite and it was perfect for our four night stay. An amazing breakfast is delivered to your room every morning and your personal patio pool is kept at a slightly warm temperature at all times. We loved the location in Imerovigli, which is slightly more quiet than Oia and Fira. Views were incredible. You do get a bit of a workout walking along the windy paths.

Initially there was a minor hiccup with our pickup arrangements from the port however upon our arrival to the hotel they managed to make it up to us tenfold. From that moment on our experience was nothing short of amazing. First off: the views! They're everything you have ever dreamed Santorini to be. You will not be dossaponted with the views in any room you choose. Second: The overall guest experience is phenomenal. Everyone is so kind, and they really go above and beyond to ensure you're stay is perfect. We greatly appreciated the desert places in our room every night (nice touch) and the sweet little surprise at our departure. Last: The rooms! Oh my goodness gracious! We were quite impressed. One thing is seeing them in photos but in person they're just perfect. We chose to stay on the Efhari Suite and it was the most magical, romantic, experience of our lives. We would definitely return without a doubt! Highly recommend this location. Note: The town this hotel is in is absolutely perfect. We had contemplated between staying here or in Oia but after having visited both towns we are so happy we went with Sophia. Not only was the sunset more stunning but Oia was full of tourists climbing the walls of everyone's hotels and apartments with no shame whatsoever that the guests staying in hotels there had no privacy whatsoever. Imerovigili was less crowded, and had more privacy amongst the hotel rooms.

Impeccable place in the best part of Santorini. The location is a great spot in between Fira and Oia, with many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The staff is extremely welcoming, especially Adrianna who gave us a ton of useful tips on the best restaurants on the island. Also, Angelos (I think that's how it's spelled) was amazing bringing our breakfasts and making sure our stay was wonderful. Overall, I can't say enough about Sophia Suites. It truly is the perfect place to spend your holiday.

Spent a few months researching for a hotel in Santorini. Chose Sophia Suites because of the view and the overall luxury feel that we would get. We booked our stay 4 months before travel. After much deliberation, I emailed the property the specific room # I would like. I was assured that the room was available and would be held for me. When we got to the property we were shown to our room that was not the one requested. I kindly asked the manager what happened to the room I had reserved 4 months ago. He told us that room had a broken Jacuzzi tub, and was not available for renting, and another family was staying there for a discount. He insisted that the alternative room was far superior than the room I had originally requested, but would show us a different room if we liked. He never followed up, but we did feel disappointed that none of the alternative arrangements were communicated to us prior to our stay. During our 3 night stay, the power went out on 3 different occasions. Very inconvenient. Really disappointing for the amount of money you are paying. There were a few staff that were very personable and the view was great but it never felt like a luxury experience. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

Dear guest, We always appreciate our guests comments that help us improve our future services. Transparency is one of our top priorities. The specific type of suites (8 in total) are all equally luxurious and offer breathtaking views of the Caldera and the magical Santorinian sunset. You were allocated in one of our brand new suites. All of the guests that have been allocated to the specific room were impressed and more than satisfied with the quality and the services we offer. When we receive inquiries about allocating guests to a specific room, we send photos of the remaining suites available. As a result, the guests have the option to choose for themselves the room they desire. At the moment you are accusing us that we exhibited photos of the suites for you to choose from but then we allocated you in a different one.. Sophia Luxury Suites is among the best destinations on the island of Santorini and the amazing feedback we receive daily is our answer to comments with a malicious background.
